The room was really beautiful & clean but the bathroom odour was really really bad, and when we open the bathroom door for the first time, it makes the whole room smelly. It is clean but has unpleasant smell 🫠

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The blanket had a strong unpleasant odor, similar to body odor, as if it hadn’t been washed properly. It made my stay quite uncomfortable.
Additionally, the deposit payment was made online, but the refund process takes up to three working days, which is quite inconvenient. It would be better if the hotel could speed up the refund process for a smoother guest experience.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their services.

The building is newly built and very nice. The mall attached to the building is still under construction but there is no noise at all. The good thing is that they have a food delivery app (Grab) which makes it convenient to get whatever you need if you can’t get it in the convenient store on the ground floor.
You wait for sometime to get the lift to your room. The room was clean and has all the standard things your might need. It is spacious but the hot water is not that hot but warm.

Terrible service, requested for deposit and personal details via whatsapp. PDPA hello! Why cant just register at the service desk and pay deposit like all the other companies? Takes 3 working days just to get back deposit while the rest can just take from service desk? Handle via whatsapp but still collect key from service desk, why so stupid? Terrible and never again with manhattan.

The view is not ok from the room. This second time i come mossaz but manhattan is totally not ok.the picture advertising is totally diffrence from reality. No mineral water, no tea, no basic amnities like as usual i check in other mossaz. Very dissapointed and yes view is not ok. U tried la. U will see the bad view bangunan terbengkalai. Better jangan pilih manhattan. Pilih others ok. Ada banyak pilihan. But this not ok. 😔
