I have stayed here before and everytime I check in the atmosphere is the same, very friendly, fast and proffessional.
The great location, great food , clean and comfortable room makes me wanting to stay here again in my future trips here

There was a blackout during our stay, and the room felt a bit run down. The place could use more consistent maintenance. However, overall it was still a good stay.

I had a very disappointing stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel.
The front desk check-in was extremely slow. Inside the room, I found a spider web in the bathroom — clear sign of poor cleaning.
Even worse, at the 8th floor elevator area towards rooms 08140–08146, there was an actual mushroom growing out from the wall corner (see photo)! This shows serious humidity and maintenance problems.
This is a hygiene and safety issue. I hope Trip.com can follow up with the hotel management and ensure proper corrective actions and a fair response to guests.

There was a cockroach crawling on the bedsheet…
Service -
I went for breakfast for 3 days. Within 2 days I had to move to 3 new tables after each time I left the table for food…. They gave me a table, and later they offered the table to a new customer without checking whether or not I had finish eating my breakfast. During the first day, they gave my table to another customer before I had the chance to sit on the chair.

The room is clean and nice. The breakfast is shared with sunway resort hotel. A small walking distance to the hotel. Highly recommended for stay
