The booking is thru Trip.Com portal
We chose her as the place's convenient & good reviews.
And we decided to book 3 rooms and write it in the special request arranged all on the same floor and a nice room to us.
On the 1st day, the receptionist is unable to communicate well.
And realise that the Sovotel @ Kota Damansara 8 Boutique Hotel was no lift. And we checked the booking details on the portal were not really status there. Only status ' Public Area' strikes off the (Evaluator)
We have assigned 3 rooms as 226, 227 & 230. After we took the luggage on the 2nd Floor, Once we entered room 230 the Aircon was not functioning properly. We need to go down to ask the receptionist and shift room 226 to 207. And room 230 is just preference of the room then ask for shift to room 208.
After all settled down, then realised there is no hairdryer provided, but the room door behind had a card mention the room facilities have hair dryers.
And room 227 the cups were chip, soap dispenser at room 207 in the bathroom is spoiled, only give 1 bottle of soap dispenser look like so many people use before. And the room 227 seems long time no body clean up because using our wipe tissue to wipe the side table was all dusk. And open the door the door unable to stay open need to use hand to hold it for all 3 room

After a night, we check back all the references for booking. Our to room is on the 1st floor and the standard room has a window.
Very disappointed and don't know where went wrong is the Trip.com or the hotel never provide proper information to the booking portal.
I'm hope to have a management to talk to me & definitely the complain I'm will put on the reviews on the trip.com portal, Google reviews all.
