1st, i like their room offered, spacious. For me, management to manage their facilities nicely. Staff at their reception counter should go to training on hospitality, very poor & no eye contact. Overall for short stay is ok sine walking distance to MRT station.

Location is in Kepong area. It is convenient for my friend to pick up me. Room size ok. Breakfast served so so only. Almost everyday same food not much choice. I like their curry chicken with nasi lemak.

Booking was made for a deluxe king room. Check-in was fast and efficient. Check out was not.
While the bed was comfortable, the room itself was not the cleanest (spider webs). That being said, I can't fault the hard-working and friendly housekeeping staff.
Don't bother going down for breakfast. 👎 The dining area is tired and shabby. It needs an urgent upgrade. During our week long stay, the food selection was reasonable on day 1 (Saturday), it was absolutely appaling for the remainder of the time.
I will not stay again.
Book the IBIS next door for a much better experience and a very good breakfast.
