I had a great stay at this hotel near 1 Utama Shopping Mall. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the water pressure in the bathroom—it was strong and made for a refreshing shower experience. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

It's really hard to explain. The apartment faces the highway, and even if we live on the 20th floor, it's still very noisy. Noisy from morning till night. The other thing is that, someone downstairs said it, but this should be respected. The room itself is large and the basic facilities are OK. In addition, the check-out time requirement is 10 am.

Only there is no front desk service, and I encountered obstacles when I checked in on the first day.
Only the security staff can contact the hotel staff to know how to check in through the message.

It's a homestay. Checking in is a little complicated. Room is clean and tidy. A gas station convenience store is located on Lg4. Take lift to Lg1, then change to car park lift located just to the right of the room lifts' entrance. Go to Lg4 and you'll find it. If you're driving, checking out needs some maneuvering. Drive out using the car park pass provided. Then at the hotel lobby drive back to the car park on Lg1, using TnG, to return the access card and car park pass. 🤗

AAlexistIt’s our repeated stay at One world., 2-3times/year we come KL. This trip we were given level 9, the room is clean and housekeeping team does a fantastic job. For Breakfast, slight change in the orientation of the food section. Food quality as good as before. We will come back again end Jan for another stay.

The location provided in the booking confirmation is misleading and will not able to reach the property, will need to use wake to search Mossaz by Exsim to reach the right location.
There is only one entrance to enter the car park which you might need to queue and wait for other guests who yet to check in, to complete their registration at car park security counter then only you will be able to enter into the car park area.
The lift system is the worst thing, avoid leaving or entering the property during the check in and check out time, it can easily took more than 30mins to get up to or down from the room.

CCammyNgGreat stay! Very convenient as the hotel lobby is connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway Lagoon Themepark, Sunway Resort Hotel and Sunway Lagoon Hotel. But the breakfast is only served at Sunway Resort Hotel and the swimming pool is only available at Sunway Lagoon Hotel. The room basin is blocked and the water flows very slow and therefore leave a stain. The carpet in the hotel also quite dusty because it triggers my nose allergy. Besides that, it’s compulsory for all hotel guest to pay for parking RM15/night per car. It was a wonderful stay minus those mentioned.

DDannyOverall, the stays were pleasant except for two items:
1) only two drinking bottles were provided. Got to beg for additional water bottles. Other hotels in the Klang valley of the similar category, provides unlimited drinking water.
2) When asked for an additional comforter to be sent to our room, a worn out brown blankets was sent. Obviously we won’t dare to use it. Escalate this matter to Mr. Seelam, the PIC the second night, and the housekeeping sent another unacceptable blanky which I called it the twin sister. Utterly disappointed.

AAnonymous UserThe best point is the unit is new so all things inside is in good condition, I just hope the maintenance and the service getting better for the future, although the location not so easy to find and only have 1 mini market selling daily product, no any restaurant or shop arround so have to go out by car to buy food. But its ok, we still enjoying good time here and like it

HHaziqThe hotel was fine. The room that i checked in was good for the price although some parts of the room has its share of wear and tear. The room and bathroom was clean but a bit of dark spots at the corner of the bathroom. Parking is only available at the basement and will charge you per hour capped at RM9 maximum.
The privacy is mediocre as we already place no disturb sign at the door but still staff entered our room for room service. We expected no one will come in if the sign is placed on the door. One of the lamps also not working. The switches for the do not disturb and make up room also not functional. The lighting is not too bright and a bit dark as only warm lights are used.
Overall, for a king room i can it is quite satisfactory.

AAnlimWe checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.
