"Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations. In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided. For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. The room is spacious and worth your money.Very good service, friendly staff made me and my family love staying here. Thank you all."
"Overall, my stay was good and comfortable. The service and facilities were generally satisfying. However, housekeeping needs some improvement. For example, the kettle in my room had a broken lid, which should have been highlighted and replaced before guests checked in. The room could also use some refurbishment to keep it looking fresh and well-maintained."
"it’s easy to check in by self with photos and videos shown by the host, however the guide in text could be clearer as in stating which block. reached after 10pm and was dropped at block A, it took some time to figure out how to walk to block B, especially with big luggage 🥲"
"I recently stayed at M Hotel for a weekend staycation and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish.
The check-in process was swift and the staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the blackout curtains were a blessing. The bathroom was well-appointed with excellent water pressure in the shower – a small detail that makes a big difference!
The location is a major plus. It's situated in a fantastic area with easy access, making it a breeze to get into the city center. For food and shopping, you're spoilt for choice. The iconic The Curve, IKEA, and IPC are all within a short, pleasant walk.
We didn't have time to use the pool or gym, but we peeked in and both looked very well-maintained and inviting.
What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member we encountered, from housekeeping to the concierge, was polite, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort.
I highly recommend M Hotel for both business and leisure travelers. It offers fantastic value for money, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur!"
"Cleanliness -
There was a cockroach crawling on the bedsheet…
Service -
I went for breakfast for 3 days. Within 2 days I had to move to 3 new tables after each time I left the table for food…. They gave me a table, and later they offered the table to a new customer without checking whether or not I had finish eating my breakfast. During the first day, they gave my table to another customer before I had the chance to sit on the chair."
"The employees name of Al Amin is impolite during breakfast registration counter said that can’t wear hotel provided shoes to enter in dining area, I am understanding but can you talk nicely and smile to us since you are frontliner? I felt uncomfortable the way you shouting to us!"
"The soundproofing wasn't great, and the pillows were uncomfortable. However, the bed was very comfortable, and the room didn't have any strange odors. On the downside, there were black marks in the corner of the shower, which looked a bit unhygienic. The hotel lobby, though, was quite impressive."
"It first time experiencing self checking hotel. The instruction given by email is not clear. Just ask you to call them before arriving.
I have never experience such self checking and it will be a good practice if the hotel is to give us specific instruction email and we need to pay deposit online before allow to check in. It took me almost 45 mins to check in. Further to this i was given a room that has not been cleaned and it was a total mess.
Luckily, they managed to change the room for me.
For a traveler who look for ease of checking in and better hospitality service (human interaction instead of over the phone) i will not recommend it. It will be a disaster if the traveler is not tech savvy.
It may has a good and clean facilities and the price is good but i will not recommend it. I will definitely not stay in a self check in hotel ever. It is definitely off my list of hotel to stay."
"Exploring One World Hotel, Malaysia
The hotel's English name is One World Hotel, but its Chinese translation is 'Wanda Hotel,' which can be misleading as it has no connection to the famous Chinese real estate company. Similarly, the adjacent One Utama shopping mall is referred to as 'Wanda Plaza' in Chinese, also without any actual relation.
I ended up booking this hotel for an exhibition I was attending. It's considered a mid-to-high-range option in the Kuala Lumpur area. I flew from Penang to Kuala Lumpur in the evening, and the taxi ride from the airport took about an hour. Upon arrival, there was no bellhop to assist with luggage when I got out of the taxi; I only received help once I was inside the lobby. After checking in, despite my assurance that I could manage my bags, the bellhop insisted on taking my luggage to the room. Fortunately, I had some Malaysian Ringgit cash on me, so I tipped 5 MYR. The next evening, when I returned to collect my stored luggage before heading to the airport, I noticed the same bellhop at the front desk, waiting for guests checking in, even for those with just a small 20-inch carry-on.
The hotel opened in early 2008, and there's a plaque at the entrance stating it was personally inaugurated by the Sultan of Selangor at the time. The breakfast was fantastic, with an extensive spread of options. The swimming pool was also good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement. Room cleaning could be offered daily or made optional, as some guests might prefer not to have it every day. Additionally, the sheets need a thorough cleaning, as some had stains that made sleeping uncomfortable. Finally, the rooms get quite cold, and even when the mini-AC is turned off, air still seems to circulate. Overall, my stay at NapzBox was enjoyable."

Great
GGuest UserThe lobby is located on the first floor, slightly different from usual hotels. Room is nice , clean, big enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of bottled water. Infinity pool is at the roof top
JJune_rtLocation is fine but you might stuck in heavy traffic if peak season.
In house guest can entitled RM3 parking per entry (basement parking) just validate the card with reception area.
During my check-in I noticed some unpleasant things from the reception staff like judgmental attitude towards me which make me uncomfortable. None of the front office greet or smile at me until Mr Arun the Duty Manager was there and assisted me. I’m glad he was there to assist me.
Staff needed more professional training and don’t judge all your guest. Respect is utmost for every guest.
He do listened to my request and assisted well. Thank you for that.
Some hours later we requested extra bed which cost around RM100 plus and the front office staff called to ask for payment and I told them can I pay during my check out and she answered no because no deposit collected during my check in. I wonder why this happened. Because while I waited for my room key I do check with Mr Arun shall I pay the deposit with having cash with me he politely say no need deposit. So it was instructed by manager itself and why the front office still mentioned to me ? Like I will run away from paying? That’s was awful. When I told her can pay during my breakfast time she agreed and I made the payment on the next morning.
For room part the bed, pillow and bathroom needed major maintenance. Hope the management team will take further action on this. I often encountered clogged sink and clogged bathtub. Although upon sending technician the issue still the same. It’s really unpleasant when we can’t enjoy the bathtub.
We had buffet dinner and the F&B team was very polite and respectful to all of us. Keep the good vibes..
We do enjoyed some discount on our bill from Hilton Membership.
The housekeeping team also very well deserved some credit. They do assisted us well when we need their service. Thank you for that.
Breakfast was good but still can have more option since Hiton is 5 ⭐️ rank.. I was expecting more from them..
Buffet dinner also good , still can improved.
They more to promoting local food then having international menu.
During my stay Ms Susan from Hilton Reservations Team/Customer Service I wasn’t sure she from which department she do texted me while I staying at hotel to check everything was okay and I do reply to her too do have some issues to highlight and without hesitate she informed to relevant department and the front office staff contacted to my room to find out what was wrong. I appreciated her instant response about guest concerns. Thank you for your action.
During check out Ms Lynn Duty Manager came out and spoke to us about our experience willing to listened to our feedback. And I have shared all my experiences and feedback to her as per my google review.
Thank you for listening to us.
Overall it’s wasn’t a pleasant experience and stay. But we will consider coming back since Hilton do care about their guest and I can see the action taken from people like Ms Susan and Ms Lynn and Mr Arun. Thank you for that.

Yes in toilet, other review told that no hanging wall.. But for me, i put towel behind the mirror there have space to put things there. Hair dryer, iron and board is provided.
I am impress because kitchen station have dishwash and and other tools. If you guys want stay here for long days, there have Bila-bila Mart below near reception. There so much plenty of things sell there and i am enjoying look every row at the mart 😂
Clean, tidy, spacious room. For parking, it is just RM6 per day and very affordable. For grab food or car, pick up at level B3. Last but not least, the beautiful flower wall is at level 39. Near gym and swimming pool.

Very Good
GGuest UserLocation wise it’s quite far from tourist spots but still okay as grab rates not that affects, just dont get out around 4pm onwards as all roads near to hotel is crowded. Very affordable and clean yet i think the front office staffs must wear some proper uniforms to recognize. I expected also a couple of coffee as amentiies as our flight by 8am morning and we prepared around 4am unfortunately convenience store down stares are closed so luckily i got some coffee from vietnam. Facilities are very amazing for its price but again the staffs needs to be presentable as most of them are indians/south asians (not for shaming but they will be more good if they act so good with that facilities)

Good
ZZamriYaakobIt was an unmanned hotel. Check in and check out are done via kiosk. There is a washer and dryer for laundry, but operate until 9pm only. A few 24hrs restaurants nearby. Sufficient enough for my transit stay at night for an early morning meeting.

AAnlimWe checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.
RRicDeBiggIt's a homestay. Checking in is a little complicated. Room is clean and tidy. A gas station convenience store is located on Lg4. Take lift to Lg1, then change to car park lift located just to the right of the room lifts' entrance. Go to Lg4 and you'll find it. If you're driving, checking out needs some maneuvering. Drive out using the car park pass provided. Then at the hotel lobby drive back to the car park on Lg1, using TnG, to return the access card and car park pass. 🤗
CCrycatVery convenient place for me as I use MRT to go to work everyday. No need to worry about what to eat because there are plenty of food shops nearby. Parking is on the street and has to pay MBPJ during daytime. No lift but still acceptable.
