Petaling Jaya Hotels with Wi-Fi

I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

My first choice hotel for an event was fully booked hence I had to find the nearest alternative which happened to be Eastin … first impression of room was not pleasant as it has come of age and had a mouldy smell before air con was on … bathroom not well lit and I was weary of slipping on the marbled floor … not excited with using the hotel shower gel of shampoo (wasted resource should partner with a reputable brand to uplift image ) ….booked the hotel for a week and is thankful Trip dot com offers pro rated refund for early cancellation …was planning to move on to next hotel for rest of trip as I had an unpleasant surprise when I stepped on broken glass in first room probably left behind by previous guest … upon calling the front desk the receiver was quick to make an executive decision to upgrade the room at no extra cost … the staff attitude saved the day and I decided to remain in the hotel for the rest of my stay …. Not a location that is walking distance to shopping or popular places of attraction … more of a business traveller hotel …

It is our family's repeated stay in One World hotel over the past decade. This is the default choice whenever we come to KL. We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you to the hotel staff for the great service and keep up the good work.

Newly renovated and spacious room, a comfortable bed, equipped with mini fridge, hairdryer, ironing board and multichannel TV, 1.2 metre depth pool on the second floor is clean and suitable for beginners, great services from the front desk and concierge, easy accessible to MRT station and eateries. Highly recommended for travellers to PJ area.

As always, this is my preferred hotel each time I stay at Petaling Jaya.  Location is great as it’s nearby every where I need to go in Petaling Jaya.  Hotel room is clean and customer service is great. The only disappointment this time is that the car park is no longer free.  It is now RM2 per entry which may come up to a high amount is you drive in and out of the hotel a few times a day.  Hope that the hotel will bring back the free car park for hotel staying guests.

The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk from the MRT at Bandar Utama and 1 Utama via covered walkways. The room is clean and has a makeup mirror with a light, which is a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly. Overall, it was a great stay.

Very comfortable and clean room with soft mattress and pillows. Actually I booked a Deluxe room but when it was time to check in, the room was not ready yet and the hotel upgraded a Junior Suite room to me. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable but the cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved.

Day 1 - only 1 towel available, stains on bedsheet, no phones on bedside, air conditioning noises so loud we had to move to another room at 11pm. Day 2 - broken safe, phone out of order, stains on bedsheets, counter top in toilet moulded, toilet lights black out twice!!! The only good thing about this hotel is the location, nothing else! Worst experience I’d ever had!

Located beside Subang medical center . Hotel is pretty rundown. The hotel was holding exhibit of an artist. Went to the salon located at the lobby . Boss is very friendly and price is very reasonable. Had my keratin treatment done . Upon entering the room , the walkway outside the bathroom was wet . Housekeeping forgot to close the fridge door resulting on the watery patch . This hotel is suitable for younger couples who drives . Personally will not recommend for families with children as there’s no amenities nearby other than 1-2 coffeeshops opposite the hotel and a kmart ( about 10mins walk) .

Walking distance from lobby to the paradigm mall We book without breakfast and have breakfast at coffee bean inside paradigm Parking is quite tricky to find, need to call the hotel, they said to park at yellow area Receiptionist check in us in the wrong room 2 double bed, but we book king size bed. Different price. Need to go down and settle with the receiptionist. After that everything is fine. Pleasant stay. Spacious room and toilet, TV is modern and variety channel.
