"Room with a window, with normal Wi-Fi. There is a large work desk, a large bed. The only thing missing is a refrigerator. This is one of the best hotels in the city, so we can safely recommend it for check-in. Hearty breakfasts, a restaurant downstairs where you can eat throughout the day for not the highest prices. Good location next to a large shopping center, supermarket and night food outlets."

"Most of the guests are uneducated, mostly from outskirt. They just smooke everywhere, in the toilet, in the lobby and even in restaurant. The hotel staff should reprimand such guests, but they just ignore their terrible abd uneducated behaviour. I booked non smooking room but given smoking room with terrible smoking smell. Truly not recommend to stay in this hotel not because of the staff but because of its guest environment."

"Very professional and friendly staff even though they were extremely busy during the weekend. The breakfast was well stocked with varieties of food and drinks to cater for all palates. The food were delicious from the usual to exotic local delicacies freshly made. There's also sushi, nasi lemak, lontong and more. Freshly made jamu and local brewed coffee with varieties of gula aren from different areas. All in all, the breakfast is superb value for money. Will definitely stay here in our next visit."

"This is our first experience where we stayed at a hotel and we are not allowed to have an extra towels 🙈. We booked a family room, and it’s only had 4 towels while we ate a party of 6 included 2 little babies and 1 9 years old boy. So I called and asked if it’s possible to have 2 extra towels or at least 1 towels and the answer is a firm no with the explaining of the hotel SOP. I don’t even bother to argue cause I think it’s just senseless. I tried to explained that we are a party of 6 and we have only 4 towels inside the rooms. But that’s the hotel standard and nothing they can do 🤦🏻♀️ It was my mom’s birthday so we have a cake ready and would like to surprise her on the early morning, however we forgot to bring the lighter. So I rang the operator and asked if they have any hotels matches, I also explained our situation why we need the matches on that time. But they simply said no. And then, I asked him if it’s possible to borrow one from the HK staff whoever are on duty on that day just to light the candle and return it right away.. but the operator said the only person that he knows smoking and have a lighter is off that day.  What a service!!!! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😭😭😭"

"Front desk n security guard are helpful. Normal room cleanliness condition, small room enough for 2 persons, a bit congested bathroom & toilet space. Cleaning trolley park beside room door for 2 days, eyesore everytime in and out from hotel room, this can be improved with management involvement."

The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it.
