The room was very nice, big and clean. It had a double and a single bed and good views. The price was excellent for what you got. Breakfast was also good. The downsides were that the remote for the TV didn’t work so it made the TV effectively useless. It’s a bit of a walk to the Petra visitor centre as well. They were supposed to offer a free shuttle but it did not run when we went (Sep 2024) due to very few guests. They don’t respond to any emails or queries before arrival. Also don’t take their tour to Wadi rum, you have to pay extra for the bus to get there and back not included and the tour provider in wadi rum they sent is to was terrible, better to go on the public bus and sort out your own camp/tour etc. I’d be happy to stay again, but would probably pick somewhere closer to the Petra entrance.

We booked a room type that supposed to have a queen bed and a balcony witch we paid extra to have and instead of that they gave us a room with no balcony a double bed and a single bed in it. The second night for some reason the electricity were going down every few minutes, there were no soundproofing at all as we could hear the other guests even using the toilet in their room, there was too much noise also very early in the morning and could hear people talking from outside the room or from the above floor and moving things, there was no toilet paper and they didn't clean the room as long we stayed. Over all, do not recommend it. Choose another place to stay.

We had a great experience in this hotel from the friendly and welcoming email on booking to the cool orange drink on arrival and the swift check-in. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was included - and delicious: boiled eggs, yoghurt, cereal, coffee/tea, pitas, bread/toast, jams, tomato. They even provided a shuttle to the entrance of Petra. Would highly recommend - great value for $

The owner and the local people in the hostel were warm and lovely and so welcoming. We shared stories and played their traditional music. The traditional, home-made food was amazing as well, I feel like I experienced the Jordanian culture perfectly. It is also walking distance to Petra.

Very welcoming, nice people. Do not miss dinner - it is excellent (variety of national food prepared well). Near Petra. Has parking lot (for those who decide to rent a car). Easy to access. Clean. Live music during dinner.

Great room, clean, nice staff, view from balcony is very nice. Simple but Ok breakfast. Our room had special ceiling which was interesting. Room rate was very reasonable. Dining area was clean. Overall good experience and would recommend certainly.

Struttura a 2km dal centro visite di Petra. Per raggiungere Petra mettono a disposizione una navetta a 2 orari, che per noi non erano comodi, quindi abbiamo deciso di andare in auto fino all'ingresso. L'albergo è in una zona silenziosa (tranne per le chiamate alla preghiera, udibili in tutto Wadi Musa), con parcheggio auto privato, piccolo, ma sufficiente per una decina di auto. La camera è molto grande, rinnovata di recente, il letto molto comodo, aria condizionata. Il bagno era funzionale, tranne per l'odore che risaliva dai tubi, e per il fatto che la carta igienica dovesse finire in un bidone e non nel WC (bidone mai svuotato in 3 giorni, come la pulizia, non effettuata in 3 giorni, non era necessaria comunque, tranne per i bidoni). La colazione era più che sufficiente. Abbiamo approfittato della cena a 10JD a buffet (acqua non inclusa, the incluso), non era male e l'abbiamo usata per 2 sere. Personale cortese. Ci ritornerei volentieri.

La posizione di questa struttura è un po' distaccata dal centro, essendoci la salita non è facile raggiungerla a piedi. Non c'e ascensore inoltre. Detto questo, abbiamo avuto un ottimo servizio, motivo per cui mi sento di dare 4 punti! Anche se gli arredi non incontrano i miei gusti, le camere sono pulite, la nostra aveva una bellissima vista dall'alto sulla città. Il check in è stato rapido e il servizio di lavanderia molto efficiente. Colazione sia dolce che salata. Lo consiglierei per chi cerca un hotel semplice ma accogliente!
