Hotel com o padrão da rede Ibis, mas se destaca nos detalhes. O atendimento era muito simpático, com aquela energia pernambucana. O café da manhã foi um dos melhores que já tive num hotel Ibis. A localização é um ponto forte, pois fica ao lado do shopping de Petrolina. Na época que estive por lá tinha uma rede no saguão. Acho que era apenas parte da decoração junina, mas não resisti e deitei nela. Aliás, devia ter um espaço com redes em todos os hotéis Ibis do Nordeste 😁

Atendimento perfeito!!! Muita gratidão pelo acolhimento, cuidado e atenção de toda a equipe. Ao chegar, no desembarque, sofri um pequeno acidente, que causou um grande transtorno, pois tive muita dor e fiquei impossibilitada, temporariamente, de andar. Como eu cheguei antes do meu marido, sozinha, o cuidado como fui acolhida pelos funcionários fez toda a diferença, me acalmando, providenciando tudo que fosse possível pra me manter bem, confortável e segura, até que o meu marido e amigos chegassem.

Atendimento, café da manhã e ar condicionado, são itens que podem melhorar. Hospedei-me recentemente no IBIS Aracaju, Salvador e Vitória da Conquista. Este de Petrolina foi a experiência de menor qualidade, sendo Aracaju e Conquista os dois melhores.

Achei esse Íbis muito bom. Quarto espaçoso, com frigobar, instalações bem conservadas, café da manhã excelente, variedade de frutas, era feito tapioca na hora, atendimento muito bom! Claro que as toalhas do banheiro são padrão Ibis, finas e pequenas e não tinha toalha de rosto, precisei pedir mais uma, problema facilmente resolvido. Toda equipe muito solicita. Recomendo e ficaria de novo.

O atendimento da Mari durante o café da manhã foi excepcional! Tenho intolerância a lactose e devido a restrições dos alimentos disponibilizados ficava sem opções para se alimentar adequadamente. Diante do cenário, após 2 dias ela separou do preparo principal alguns alimentos sem adição de lactose. Muito obrigado pelo atendimento e cuidado.
