We stayed in apartment 1 and it was impressively furnished and decorated. It was a comfortable room with a good quality air con. When we complained about the lack of hot water, they fixed it with hours. The breakfast waitress Elisabete was very friendly and warm. I watched her being hugged by several guests in the morning, which made me believe they were regulars. The breakfast varied every morning and we enjoyed the ‘crepioca’. The lush green views from the top were fabulous and spotted a few interesting wildlife like the humming bird and butterflies. One suggestion would be for the hotel to add local tourist information in a room catalogue /web page for guests, especially in another language like English. Another would be to add ‘free range eggs’ and other healthier ingredient options for cooking, since it would match the nature based setting. Lastly, it would be to remove the small plastic bottles for toiletries and add it reusable bottles to dispense soap etc.

Gostamos do conforto do quartos e dos aposentos do hotel, de um modo geral. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos. Pretendemos voltar ao hotel. No entanto, observamos que o atendimento no café da manhã não acompanhou o nível de qualidade do restante do hotel. Em nossos 2 primeiros cafés da manhã (dias 14 e 15 de fevereiro), por exemplo, não nos foram dadas as opções disponíveis. Como os demais hoteis por nós frequentados, gostaríamos de ter visto antes do café da manhã o cardápio disponível ou um buffet sobre a mesa maior. Além disto, observamos também que o banheiro não possuia uma barra de apoio sobre a parede e que inexistem rampas de acesso para cadeirantes. Corrimões também inexistem nas escadas que dão acesso ao salão onde o café da manhã é servido. A localização do hotel é muito boa.

Hotel maravilhoso, com equipe atenciosa e sempre cordial. Quartos lindos, café da manhã muito bom. Piscina grande e áreas comuns bem cuidadas. Localização ótima, no centro da cidade. Boa opção para quem não tem esta de carro na cidade, mas tem estacionamento.
