Ужасный комплекс,живем здесь достаточно долго (лет 14),куплена квартира .И хочется отметить ,что с каждым годом всё хуже и хуже…Во-первых начнем с парковочных мест. У нас было куплено парковочное место и следовательно это получается наш приватный паркинг.Этот «управляющий» запускает квартирантов на паркинг ,даже если знает что мест нет.Люди начинают парковаться на наш приватный паркинг или просто загораживать машину.Далее про жилье.У квартир есть пара ключей (у хозяевах и у управляющего). И на регулярной основы пропадают любые вещи ,воруют без спроса .Каждый год ,возвращаясь домой ,не знаем ,что пропадет.У нас крали и телевизор ,и фен ,и тапочки ,и даже аппарат давления (и это только маленькая часть ,того что вынесли ) .Далее хочется отметить ,что управляющий пользуется чужими квартирами ,в качестве room service.Так нам сломали посудомойку ,и так же поломали вытяжку .И эти минусы можно перечислять бесконечно .От поломанного лифта ,до украденых вещей. Далее хочется отметить ,что управляющего никогда нет на рабочем месте ,за исключением пару дней в сезон .Вечно новые люди ,а так же управляющий сажает несовершенно летних детей за наблюдением процесса в этом комплексе .Прежде чем сюда заезжать, сто раз подумайте !
