Very bad experience, person attending at reception doesn’t know how to have a words with customer. Rooms are pathetic with smell issue and breakfast quality of food is also very bad . Poor service

Very bad experience to much smelly rooms room service is pathetic. Damped room with smell & without windows.

Service is v slow for f&b & grievance redressal, property & rooms are clean that's the only saviour. The breakfast menu items are limited w weird combination & staff is hardly visible. To address any complaint the time taken is enormous & then also the solution is not provided
