Very clean room and staff very attentive. Booked the Marula Suite, as the Luxury rooms were full. Breakfast was excellent and not the usual buffet style which was great as the other couple that joined us were "picky" about food. .

I stay here frequently and every time I have a wonderful experience. The food is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and the rooms are fantastic, especially the bush view rooms.

Poor WiFi in the rooms, Reception area too close to Restaurant no privacy, Breakfast takes too long, consider Buffet in peak season to reduce waiting time. But other than that food is delicious and had great time.

In sight of Phalaborwa gate into Kruger National Park. Efficient and very friendly and professional staff. Rooms super comfortable, bed and pillows fabulous. Bathroom super spacious. Everything we wanted. Highly recommend. Thank you

Family rooms were big, food was good and the location was convenient as it is right by the Phalaborwa gate into the Kruger. They perhaps need to brush up on their cocktail making....ordered Mojitos, they weren't made correctly. Other than that, the stay was good.

We received excellent service, especially from the receptionist Diedre. She bent over backwards to assist us with a few personal issues we had. She was friendly, efficient and very professional. Nice hotel, big room, very comfortable bed. Having said that, we feel the hotel is over-priced compared to similar hotels we've stayed at in SA. We were however, very disappointed with the meal at the restaurant, it was tasteless and not up to standard. They did not state on the menu that they grate raw chillies into the coleslaw salad, resulting in me being unable to eat the coleslaw burger, due to an ulcer. Had it been on the menu that it contained chillies, I would not have ordered it. Breakfast was nice.
