"There are sports competitions in 2 days. It is very convenient to book this hotel. You can walk across the bridge and go to the meeting place. The room is next to the artificial lake. The bed is large and the bathroom is acceptable, but the water and hot water are unstable. Parking can be stopped at will. It is very good."

"This property is near the train station and the room view can see the Khao Ok Talu. And, amazingly, I can try the Som Tum Luang Prabang. Khao Chai Son Hot Springs is very nice and has a private room."

"The room is very spacious, with a huge bed that is incredibly comfortable to sleep in. The hotel looks and feels new, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of parking available, and having a 7-11 in the building is extremely convenient. There are some eateries nearby, and the staff recommended “Red Beef House,” which turned out to be a delightful surprise for celebrating Christmas. Do note that it’s about 30 minutes away from Thale Noi. It’s best to use Google Maps for navigation in this area, as Waze doesn’t work well here."

"City Park is a no frills hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms. As a traveller its best feature is the large car park just outside the ground floor rooms, making it simple to unload and load my scooter. There are lots of restaurants and stalls within walking distance. This is my favourite hotel in Phattalung and I have stayed here several times already."

"There's a counter employee. I don't know what's wrong with him. He has a sullen face, doesn't greet guests, doesn't greet customers in the evening, late at night, but in the morning the service is good. I'm confused. He's probably tired. It's 2-3 in the morning and he can't go home. So he has a sullen face. He's not happy working. He's very angry with someone. I'm confused. I don't know what to do when I use the service and see an employee with a sullen face. He doesn't say anything and doesn't dare tell anyone. I don't know what to say."

"So pleased with the hotel services and hospitality. Phatthalung is a very laidback town but the smiles, warmth and helpfulness of the staff really made our trip a good and memorable one. You can ask the staff to make arrangements for sightseeing. The water pressure for the shower is good. AC in room was super powerful and cooling. Bed was comfy to sleep and the bathroom and toilet size is quite big. Towels were clean. Bathing gel and shampoo were provided. Location of hotel is near the main road but slightly of the main road which makes the room very quiet and peaceful. We were checked in early and checked out late on request without any problem. We were given a welcome drink and another drink when we have checked out while waiting for our transport to come. There were 3 bicycles which are free for hotel guest to use. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I revisit Phatthalung again."

"I've stayed at this property four times now, and I've noticed that if I stay for two nights or more, I receive a welcome drink voucher. The last time I received it, I didn't use it, and this time I got it again. When I tried to use it, the staff told me that I could only get a lemonade and that it couldn't be taken away. While I appreciate the gesture, I can't help but wonder why the property doesn't just offer the welcome drink at check in instead of giving out vouchers to use at the Siva Cafe. I also thought I might be able to enjoy a coffee and take it away with me, but that wasn't the case. The property states that they have the final right of interpretation."

"Affordable luxury 4 star hotel in Phattalung Phattalung did not disappoint in term of tourism, from beautiful lush paddy field, cutest cafe and the highlight of my trip chasing lotus flower in Thale Noi it was definitely bucketlist worthy. And Dusit Princess Phattalung is the cherry on top. I was able to book superior twin room 1530 bath which is equivalent to RM200. They ask me if I want an upgrade to a room with swimming pool view but we’re not going to stay very long in the hotel so we politely decline. The hotel is equipped with beautiful restaurant cafe that you can visit and a swimming pool that the kid in me scream with joy. Location wise is very strategic and the hotel concierge even will help you with parking and bringing your bag to your hotel room. They even give us welcome drink! If I were to visit again, this hotel is definitely my first choice for sure!
