"Hotel provides a shuttle service to and fro Saigon, so it's pretty convenient. There's no supermarket or shopping malls near the hotel, so either get the all-inclusive package or bring your own food. A 500ml bottle of water is about 60,000vnd, for reference. There are a lot of activities for children, more on weekends. On weekdays, the hotel is alot quieter. Our villa comes with a private pool and bathtub. Both are amazing, the bed was so soft as well. Service from all staff were great, from the buggy drivers to housekeeping staff, they are all amazing. Breakfast is alright, quite many options. Easy to get buggy anytime as well. The only issue we met was that due to bad weather, our villa experienced 3 blackouts in a night. We were told to call the reception for any issues, but with the power cut off, the phone line was cut off too and we were left with no other way to get in touch with the hotel staff. We finally got through the line via trip.com hotline and staff doesn't seem to realise that there was a blackout. There was miscommunication for our check-out time as well, which resulted in us rushing to pack everything up. Would expect better from a 5-star luxury hotel, being one of the top 10 best resorts."

"It's a 2.5h car ride from Ho Chi Minh but the benefit of this is that the skies are much clearer and the air less polluted. Service was good, massage was great and relaxing, facilities were clean. Food options and quality are what you might expect to have in Vietnam"

"Unfortunately we couldn't swim in the sea, because there was a lot of jelly fish, otherwise the beach is nice and clean. There is no free indoor play corner for the kids, only one playroom which has different activities for a small fee. Otherwise it has 2 outdoor playgrounds. All in all, great resort."

"We were held at reception for nearly an hour when booking in as we had ID with our driving licence but we did not bring our passports as we live in Ho Chi Minh. Interesting that the holiday Inn located in the same lobby does not require passports for check in but Intercontinental claim it is required by law. Clearly they are making that up! Disappointing for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! The rooms are really nice, but it took some time to get over the incident above. When you are in the hotel your only option is to buy food from them and they raise the prices significantly. We ate at their burger place as friends had children with them and the quality was way below what you would expect from a five star hotel and the prices they charge. Something to consider before booking."

"Great view , nice place , great breakfast , don’t bother try Nook is not good at all , better go to Hampton Village ( 5 minutes away ) there is much better Asian food … Spa is great and they do give u nice discounts … swimming pool is big and was quiet when we were so all the pool for us , so was nice . Kids club is a joke , 2 girls just playing with their phones and let the kids ( only 2 there ) by themselves … receptionist was Amaizing and very helpful …"

"Amazing place in Ho Tram for all member in family. Golf course nearby (Bluff) for father. Shopping area (the hampton night market) for mother. Kids club and swimming pool for the kid. Too busy enjoying everthing this lovely hotel offer so I didnt take any picture of the room. But everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the services are top of the class."

"I stayed in Hotram Beach boutique in February 2025, previously i visited a lot a lot of hotels, all over Asia, and this one is in my TOP-3 so far. Firstly, the overall exterior and interiors of the place. I didn't get why people in previous reviews called it a dream, but it honestly felt like one so beautiful and picturesque is the greenery, the balance and mix of trees, flowers and architecture of the place. You can explore it for hours. Secondly, the service was superb: all the employees and waiters were super nice and helpful, and attentive to my comments. Moreover, the hotel can help you to arrange the transportation from Ho Chi Minh City to the hotel, so hit them up! Thirdly, the breakfast buffet was great, quite simple but had all I would need so I can't really complain. I also like the restaurant food - it was great and very beautifully styled. I definitely recommend visiting the place, and hopefully will be back as well:)"

Good food, affordable prices, especially the breakfast buffet is very diverse. Green space, airy, lots of facilities for children, my favorite is the vegetable garden at Carmelina. "A brand new resort with very friendly stuff . My husband and I spent 7 days at the resort in a standard king room with ocean views, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was having a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Although the resort has good facilities 3 days to spend there is more than enough, during the week there is hardly any guest staying at the hotel, on the weekends is absolutely packed. Breakfast is good with lots of cooked Asian variety , but it can get very heavy for breakfast, apart from bacon and eggs and some pastries there is not much western food variety. Do not order cappuccino at the hotel restaurant as they don't know how to make it :( There is a pier about 700 m away from the resort - walking distance where there are a few restaurants as well as some water sports activities. Ho Tram city center is about 10 km away which is worth visiting as it is a lovely place, it comes alive at night with all the lights on. Overall a beautiful experience."
