12 minutes talking from the pier, quiet and clean place. The only complaint is that the shower is not good. Very low water flow.

Some of these reviews seem harsh, especially given what you pay for the room! The staff are friendly and accommodating, even letting us check in early and borrow extra towels for the beach. Room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was a wet room style but the water drained surprisingly quickly. Location is excellent if you want to be away from the noise, but still only a short walk into the centre.
In short, a basic stay but good value for money.

A lovely room with all amenities needed for self catering, a balcony and infinity pool with sun loungers. Staff are friendly and offer great service. Rooms are serviced daily.
Its located in a quiet area around the back of the island towards the viewpoint. If you are looking for a quiet accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the town and beach party then it is an ideal spot within a few minutes walk to the town centre.

We spent three days on Phi Phi. We really liked the hotel. It is located close to the center, but in a quiet place. Cozy houses, beautiful pool. We walked to Long Beach. Cool beach with colorful fish. The excursion around the islands on a tailed boat was super👍We bought it on the street.

The location is great. Not noisy, but very close to the center of events. The bed is huge, the room is clean, the shower is good. Accessories and towels were changed every day. Polite, kind girl at the reception.

There was everything you needed. Clean towels were brought every day. There was shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. There was a TV, a thermos and an air conditioner in the room. I spent 3 nights at the hotel, it was quiet, no living creatures were seen in the room. The location is very convenient. Disadvantage: the shower is right at the entrance to the bathroom. If you washed yourself, you had to walk on the wet floor. Also, the water from the shower smelled very bad when turned on.
