Unfortunately when we arrived there was no one to take our luggage to the hotel although many other travelers did have this perk. No biggie, I didn’t expect it, just realised when we arrived.
Our room smelt damp, the sheets actually were damp and the drain in the bathroom kicked up a real stink.
The shower was scolding or freezing, no Inbetween or consistency…not ideal.
The pool was half decent…no beach towels was a bit strange though. Needs a tidy up but was pleasant.
Gym was good, likely because no one uses it😂
The rooms weren’t soundproof and we were woken up by the sound of the housekeeping staffs radios very early.
Overall I’d say 3* but not a 4* and not a premium experience.

Such a good location, great stay, they hold your bags if you arrive early and you can use the pool whilst you wait. Super good price for the size room you get

I stayed in the pool sunset room which was phenomenal. Kind of old but I enjoyed it very much. It is on the backside of the property up a steep hill so be prepared. Food was average, drinks were subpar. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Pro tip walk to the other resorts for food
