The room was clean and the front desk representatives were friendly and gave really good suggestions of where to visit. The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and transportation was accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We used the airport parking for a weekend trip. The shuttle did not arrive when scheduled. The attendant at the desk told us it would be here in 3 minutes - we waited almost an hour. Several shuttles (that were not full) went by and said another is on the way shortly. That was not true. We asked for further assistance and the shuttle service was not picking up the phone. On return we called the number listed on the receipt, there was no answer. I called 4x until I spoke to someone, and he still could not give me an ETA. We waited over 30 minutes for a ride back to our car. We will never be using their service again.
