My partner really enjoyed this hotel. He slept for over 12 hours.. haha that explains the whole story. The swimming pool was really nice too so we had fun in the morning. Also they give you water bottle. Nice hotel to stay over if you are visiting around.

Facilities: The facilities are good, but some needs such as refrigerators and microwave ovens need to be called separately, but the hotel will respond in a timely manner. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, clean and tidy! Environment: The geographical location is extremely superior, and it is very convenient to do everything. The breakfast room is beautiful. The front desk service is very good and very serious. I changed my change once, but I didn't expect to be so serious: there are banknotes of various denominations and they are neatly placed, which is not easy!

Was celebrating my brother's birthday. Fran in reservations took note of the special occasion, so a card and a banner were placed in room prior to us checking in. It's the little things that count and it put a smile on my bro's birthday. Well appointed room. Bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was nice. Front desk who checked us in was just going through the motions, doesn't know how the metro works and has a dirty jacket. F&B /IRD isn't fully restored but we're still in post COVID world so not unexpected. This is a 3/3.5 star hotel, and assuming i am grading within that scale, i would give it a 4 overall.

The location of the hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for eating, shopping, and going to the main check-in locations. You can walk to the city hall and other places in a few minutes. Diagonally across from the hotel is the reading market. Communicate with the hotel front desk in advance to delay check-out, and the service staff responded in a timely manner, extending it by an hour and a half, a very good service experience.

A great location! The hotel itself is showing a little age. Our King room was huge but just in need of some updating. Staff was awesome, room was cleaned each day very nicely. Easy walk to many wonderful restaurants in Rittenhouse. A reasonable walk to Independence Hall and the historic areas of town.
