"Good value, clean, big room, cool air conditioning, very big bed, probably 7 feet. Breakfast is varied and good for the price paid, must say more than worth it. Good service from the staff, everyone is enthusiastic. Arrived almost at 1 a.m., the security guard came to help take care of the car park. Very impressed. Next time I come to Phitsanulok, I will stay here again."
"The room is clean and very close to many tourist attractions. Travel is convenient.
But there is no elevator. Have to walk up the stairs. and booking through the app, breakfast is not provided"
"Reasonably priced and ideal for a short stay during inter-province travel. However, our room was located near the elevator, and we could hear it every time it was in use."
"Spacious large room with a large LEDTV. There is a sofa you can sit and relax and watch TV. There are international TV channels but reception quality is poor.
The view from the balcony is good looking into a park.
There is no safety box and no electric kettle to make coffee. The bed mattress is good and firm. I had a good sleep.
Breakfast is ABF. You get fry eggs, mini pork sausages, 2 slices of ham, 2 half white toast and a boil rice with pork. All was pretty good"
"Simple and clean, the hardware facilities need to be improved. Accommodation is forced + breakfast, the breakfast is too small and only one person can order one item, not worth it"
"The accommodation is very good, very clean, easy to find, in the city, close to everything to eat. There is a parking lot ready for 3 cars in front and a lot of back.
the owner is hospitable and cute
Recommended, the price is very good.
In the morning, there are coffee, Ovaltine and bread."
"The hotel is located close to the center, within easy access to everything (airport is only 15mins by car and bus station just 5 mins away). Rooms are very large with an outdoor balcony which is really nice. No tea/coffee facilities within the room and one needs to go down to reception for a free cup of tea or coffee, not great if you are hoping to take it slow in the morning!"
"The 8 Factory Hotel is a lovely hotel.. delicious breakfast, delicious coffee, beautiful photo spots.. Grandma is lovely and friendly to everyone. If I come to Phitsanulok, I will come back to stay again.."
"Every time I travel to the province, I always think of Hop Inn. This time, we traveled to Nan at night, but wanted to sleep halfway, so we chose to stay here because there was a receptionist who could check in late at night. It was great. There was a lot of parking."

Great
WWASI ARAFATI really like the hotel. All of the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Due to some rescheduling i needed to stay a little to phitsanulok but Even after checkout they kept my luggage till 8 pm. And environment is really unique. I would definitely stay again if i travel to phitsanulok.
OOrawanThe parking was spacious and well-shaded. However, the room was so dusty it made my nose sting as soon as I entered. The bathroom had rotting baseboards, and I even spotted some critters scuttling around 😅. The small bottle of shower gel provided was almost empty, but thankfully I could request a refill. Staff, from the front desk to the dining area, were quite inattentive, spending most of their time on their phones, heads down.
GGuest UserLocation city center
Can only be found with a GPS
Hotel and rooms much smaller than in the photos
Breakfast simple but completely cold
Otherwise for the price nothing to say
GGuest UserThe reception staff provided poor service. There was only one check-in officer. The room arrangement did not match what was requested. Went down to notify and had to wait to check in again. When reporting the problem, they were told the room was correct and had to ask again and advised to go look at the room. The employee cursed. ”Who organized the room?” There was no apology. In conclusion, the problem lies with the reception staff, who do not have service mind. As for the accommodation, it is good, clean, and the housekeeping is good.
GGuest UserIt was cheap and included breakfast.
The shower only had cold water, but they fixed it right away and hot water came out. The water pressure was not very strong.
It may be difficult for people who are not used to crossing the surrounding roads.
Famous temples are within walking distance.
GGuest UserI stayed 2 nights there but on the 2nd day housekeeping staffs nocked the door ask me You would like to extend stay for tonight? What??!??! My booking is 2 nights stay ! 🤔 That means front desk staffs are not in communication with housekeeping staffs?!
GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with good ventilation even in the fan room. They provide a small bottle of water in the room, and there’s a water refill station at the reception, which was convenient.
The location is excellent, close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The beds are on the harder side, but they were comfortable enough for me. Overall, a great value for the price—I’d definitely recommend it!
