Phitsanulok Tha Thong Hotels

I really like the hotel. All of the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Due to some rescheduling i needed to stay a little to phitsanulok but Even after checkout they kept my luggage till 8 pm. And environment is really unique. I would definitely stay again if i travel to phitsanulok.

The room was clean and hygienic, with a window and a small refrigerator. The environment was a bit noisy due to being close to the road, and car lights could shine through the window. The service was good and the reception was very warm. The equipment and facilities were a bit old, but the price-performance ratio was high, and there was coffee in the morning.

Great location in walking distance from train station. The owner was very accommodating. The dorm room was spacious. The kitchen was decent.

It was cheap and included breakfast. The shower only had cold water, but they fixed it right away and hot water came out. The water pressure was not very strong. It may be difficult for people who are not used to crossing the surrounding roads. Famous temples are within walking distance.

Fab hostel to stay at, it has a great rooftop to chill on with hammocks, etc. I stayed in the A/C dorm and was fab! Felt super safe staying here as a solo female traveller. There’s plenty to do within the area, Mark is super helpful on places to go and eat. Highly recommend this place to stay!

We booked a 3rd floor accommodation because the double bed, but the elevator was broken, the hotel was not responsible, so we had to rebook. And cancel the original order To get the 2nd floor, even though the 2nd floor has a room available, but have to add money even though it is not the customer's fault.

Very good location, next to Wat Nang Phaya, you can walk to worship not far away. The accommodation is on the main road. The side on the road can hear the sound of cars. Not suitable for people who wake up easily. This booking specified a request for 2 adjacent rooms, requesting the side not on the road. When checking in, the room was not adjacent and on the side on the road. Asking the staff, the answer was that the room was full. I would like the staff to pay more attention to the service. Because booking in advance should book a room for the customer. And another thing, there is 1 room with a key card that does not work. Have to use the key to unlock every time. Feel unprepared at all

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with good ventilation even in the fan room. They provide a small bottle of water in the room, and there’s a water refill station at the reception, which was convenient. The location is excellent, close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The beds are on the harder side, but they were comfortable enough for me. Overall, a great value for the price—I’d definitely recommend it!
