What a great apartment it has everything you need great balcony’s. You get one in your lounge area and one in your main bedroom. The room is very spacious you get two televisions that is always great L, one in your lounge and one in your main bedroom. You get a fully functional kitchen which is also fantastic and a fridge. The hotel has a great rooftop are where you get great views of the beautiful Phnom Penh. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant restaurant staff is very helpful always willing to bring your order to your room if you don’t feel like chilling in restaurant. If you ever in Phnom Penh you should check la bella residence out. 👍🏻

The place is far from everything and not easy to reach, especially during peak hours: there is a main road always busy that slower your trips. There is no choice but having a bike or calling a tuktuk whatever you want to do. Don't use the residence one: it's overpriced. Inside the rooms, furnitures are of poor quality, most of the pieces were broken or damaged, and the TVs don't really work, just few channels are ok. The wifi is good, though. Bad aircon too. But the management thought well about stocking the fridge with drinks and wine bottles that you can buy twice cheaper at any convenience store. The building is not maintained. The rooftop is not operational, everything there up is broken and messy, and no staff. The "swimming pool" which is just like 9 sqm is not working. Same, the gym machines are not working well because they are too old and even the scale doesn't work. The main problem is cleanliness: the washing machine filters were full of dirt, and everything was sticky, dirty, or smelling, except linen and towels. Cleaning is only once a week, but you need to ask, otherwise noone will knock the door... To sum up, this place has the same prices than residences in city center, but the quality standards are very very far from acceptable. Better taking a budget hotel in the city center.

Amazing place!! Highly recommend! I booked for one month because of the excellent reviews. I will definitely stay longer! It has everything you need: spacious apartment , excellent , friendly staff and all the facilities plus a lot more. The restaurant and rooftop are exceptional too. Very happy here. Also the internet is great and has consistently excellent speeds. The staff and owners are always willing to help with anything. There is a market close by and many food options too. Thank you!
