The service at the front desk is very poor and indifferent. I booked a room for a business trip and applied for early check-out after completing my work in advance. Although the page shows that you can apply for early check-out, the hotel will not apply for it. It is not possible to ask at the front desk, so In the end, I was not given a refund for the next few nights.
