"We landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours.
The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins.
We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze.
We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed.
After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed.
In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful.
If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation."
"🌟 A Delightful Stay at Country Inn & Suites by the Airport 🌟
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Country Inn & Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining and attractions.
🛏️ The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials—a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a convenient workspace. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee and the relaxing ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home.
🍳 Breakfast was a standout feature! Their hot breakfast buffet had something for everyone—from fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to fresh fruit and pastries. It was the perfect way to start the day.
✈️ The location near the airport couldn’t have been more convenient, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Shuttle service was prompt and reliable, making travel stress-free.
Whether you're just passing through or staying for a few days, I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites by the airport for its comfort, hospitality, and value. I’ll definitely be back!
Would you like help tailoring it to a specific city or traveler type—like a business guest or family vacation?"
"The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and very clean. You need to bring your own slippers, toothbrushes and other personal items. The hotel is very close to the airport and ASU. There are several beautiful cacti around the hotel, which are very photogenic. The weather was cold when I checked in, and the room heater worked well with little noise; the American breakfast was average but enough, and Mike at the front desk was very nice and enthusiastic, answering all my questions. In short, it was a pleasant stay."
"This is a hipster hotel for sure. The area is ok but don’t venture too far out as it can get a bit sketchy. The layout and vibe are awesome. It was a little dirty inside the room but the experience was nice. Would probably go again"
"The location of the hotel is awkward. You say it is in the city center, but it is really inconvenient to go there without a car. There is basically no public transportation. The room is large and can accommodate 5 people. I live alone and it is very comfortable. The breakfast is not bad, basically everything is available. Friends also come to the hotel for breakfast in the morning, and I have 5 free breakfasts."
"The hotel did not give me a breakfast voucher when I checked in, even though my rate included breakfast. I had to ask for one in the morning when I discovered they charged for breakfast. When I checked out, they charged me for the room when I had already paid through Trip.com. I had to call them to get a credit processed. The rate they charged me was $132, but I paid Trip.com $162, so it wasn’t cheaper with Trip.com.
The breakfast was very good though, I had avocado toast."
"We truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book there again! Very comfortable and clean and a meal for dinner and breakfast. Close to the airport, and they provide shuttle service. We also parked at the hotel for several days, and the parking rate was very reasonable"

Great
JJunesdaughterJust needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

Very Good
TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

GGuest UserExcellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.

BBrownRonaldFor a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda.
DdilayaydanThe most beautiful thing was breakfast. We compared with other hotels which are we stayed before. They had just cereals. In this hotel there were boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, cream cheese, cereal...
Location was really far from airport because we dont have any car. If you have car, it is ok.
Last thing is cleaning. I disappointed because of this view. Sheets and pillows were really dirty.

JJISONGThe hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.

GGuest UserWe booked a suite with king and sofa got the confirmation but the hotel didn’t honor the confirmation
Because there is only one suit they booked someone else in
But they gave us a room with two double beds with no separation
Because we were on the road trip didn’t really mater
If you booked a suite make sure you contact this hotel
For my five years using the same travel agent to travel the world I never have to contact the hotel to confirm the booking

GGuest UserIt was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me.
Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient.
I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.
