My second stay there and hopefully not my last one. If you are looking for a relaxing spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and calmness then Alba is your place. Modern architecture, lots of green, great pool, plenty of relaxing activities like yoga and meditation, the onsen, the massages etc.
Staff is extremely nice, professional and helpful. I didn't want to leave but unfinished can't do holidays forever

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a bit difficult to get to and we couldn’t get a Grab on the way out. Staff was friendly, however a bit too attentive at the hot springs making it difficult to relax.

5-star service quality
When there is a problem, they are ready to receive and fix it for the customer promptly
The staff is very attentive, although sometimes a bit too enthusiastic ^^
It's still a bit of a pity that I went alone and they didn't give me the flexibility to have 2 massages like in the package
Other than that, everything is perfect ^^

The most magical and spiritual land in all of Vietnam! Wellness is so beautiful!! Got springs so relaxing, and I feel so safe with the medical staff Trang standing by in case if emergency. Her smile is so beautiful! I will keep coming back !!!!

Truly one of the most relaxing, fulfilling and nourishing experiences of my life. I will always remember my time at Alba and hope one day I have the chance to return. The range of different meditation classes was incredible, and the daily Onsen and spa treatments were very special. You will not regret staying here!

It was 1 of the best vacation i had in years… The place itself is amazing. So serene and relaxing eventho it was raining everyday. Lol. Hotsprings were great!!! Staffs were super helpful & polite.. Lai our front counter staff was very helpful. Ppl in the restaurants were amazing & warm… (only thing, i ate the welcome crackers everytime we there thinking it was normal tapioca cracker when infact it had pork fat and was only informed on 2nd last day coz i asked was abit upsetting as i dun eat pork due to religion. Oops. That could be improved. Cause if a person is vegetarian will also be an issue). Spa/onsen staff’s & activities staffs were alllllll fabulous…. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will definitely return with our lil one…
