"B2 Phrae Boutique & Budget Hotel is a convenient and affordable option for travelers visiting Phrae. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and comfortable, though they can be a bit small if you prefer extra space. The staff is helpful and welcoming, providing assistance with local tips and recommendations. Its location is also a plus, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, this hotel is great value for money and makes for a pleasant stay in Phrae."
"The hotel appears to have been recently renovated; it looks new and very appealing. Breakfast was decent enough. The location is convenient, with parking available at the rear of the hotel. The shower screen in the bathroom is quite narrow, and a lot of water splashes out into the dry area after showering. The shower head holder is fixed at a single level, making it impossible to adjust downwards. If the hotel could make the shower head adjustable, it would greatly help reduce the splashing. Making the shower screen wider might make entry and exit awkward, which is probably why it's kept narrow. Alternatively, a shower curtain would definitely prevent water from splashing out, though it might not look as aesthetically pleasing."
"Great location!!!!
There are many delicious restaurants around!!! Lotus Supermarket Big C
The facilities are quite old, reminding me of the decoration of my home when I was ten years old."
"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Has a decent pool that you can even swim in - it's long enough, around 1.2m deep. Motorcycle-friendly offroad parking area. Bikes for hire to visit the town centre. Lovely breakfast, cooked by friendly and chatty chef. Great option if you are passing through Phrae."
"The most spacious room The bed is soft and hard, no back pain. The pillows have different firmnesses, choose as you like. There are 4 of them. There are a lot of plugs. The air conditioner is cool. The balcony has a sink. One condo unit is full. The lights are yellow, orange, very thick, a little too little. But if you're just laying down and resting, not working or reading, you can use it. In the bathroom, where the bidet hanger has a hook or something sticking out, your hand might hit it 2-3 times if it's not in use. Please take it out for me. And the shower has 2 types of adjustment. The one on the head doesn't adjust the water. Water leaks at the bottom thread joint. The water pressure is very strong. And there are no bath towels. When I was dropping off a friend at home, I stole some old clothes. Use it to wipe your feet when leaving the bathroom. Overall, it's good. There's plenty of parking, but it might be a little cramped if the car is full. (It's also in the middle of the car.) Convenient transportation. Went during Songkran and got 1 Mor Hom shirt. There's definitely a chance to go again 😉"
"The hotel is close to the bus stop but far from the city. There is only one restaurant opposite the hotel around. I stayed for three nights and dinner was in the same restaurant every night because there was no choice. Fortunately, the restaurant was affordable and delicious. There is no place to shop, there is no seven-year-old, there is no hot water bottle in the room, pay attention."
"I am a 63-year-old retired man from Taiwan. I traveled independently in the northern provinces of Thailand. This hotel I booked in Phrae Province is very suitable for me. The hotel operators are a friendly couple who can communicate in English. They have two children. I saw them while having breakfast and thought they were very smart and they should do well in school in the future. The boss told me I and they have been to Taiwan a few months ago, and I welcome them to visit Taiwan again if they have the opportunity."
"The hotel is beautiful and large, with good service. The swimming pool should be available for small children as well. There is only a pool for older children. But overall it's good. Breakfast is ok."

VVIVIANLUOJIANYIWhen we arrived at the manor, although it was late, the landlord still took care of us enthusiastically. The manor was so beautiful and surprising! The landlord reminded us that tomorrow morning, we could see the sunrise from the restaurant facing the rice fields🌅
The next morning, we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise feast, so beautiful and touching!
It was a pity that we had to leave in a hurry. Before departure, the landlord took the initiative to help us find information on motorcycle riding to Laos on the computer, which was very enthusiastic!
Thank you for the landlord's enthusiasm! Thank you for the landlord's blessings! Thank you for the beautiful manor created with care! This is the most beautiful and thoughtful homestay we have stayed in on this trip!
GGuest UserThe receptionist is smiling. Below the accommodation is a cafe with coffee, cakes, on the 3rd floor, there is a seat to eat. Plus, there is a fish and coffee service in the morning as well.
TT-CupThe entrance alley is just right for the car. But when turning into the hotel, at the cover, there is a little problem when checking in. In booking through the app But let's check in first Then the staff check and inform the results .. Let's continue to the room. Open the room, it smells very clean, the most fragrant from my heart, I like it very much. Soft bed, comfortable pillows, the bathroom is the most proportional, there is a bathtub, separate toilet and shower room on both sides. The central area has a swimming pool. But did not soak The weather is cold 😅 Overall, it's good.
GGuest UserI recently spent two nights at the Comfy Japanese Style Hotel, Kinnotel, and had a pleasant stay. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Room and Amenities:
Japanese Style Design: The room featured a charming Japanese aesthetic, with traditional decor that added a unique touch to the stay.
Room Comfort: The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. However, it was well-maintained and perfectly acceptable for a short stay.
Convenient Laundry: One of the highlights was the availability of a washing machine and dryer. For just 90 baht, I was able to do my laundry, which was very convenient.
Location:
Central Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the town.
Nearby Amenities: There are several food stalls nearby, and the Big C Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient for picking up essentials.
Overall, my stay at Kinnotel was comfortable and convenient, especially for those looking to experience a blend of traditional Japanese design with modern amenities in a central location.
