Popular Phu Cat District 4-star Hotels

Definitely not four star or luxury. The food is average. The staff are nice enough but can’t really speak any English which is fair enough, it is Vietnam but they don’t really try either. Front of house hospo is Crown Retreat’s weak point. The bar is dismal. The bungalows are nice enough but nothing luxurious about them. Aircon unit leaked all over the floor constantly, toilet cistern never stopped running. The most disappointing thing is the amount of rubbish in the ocean. Disgraceful!

The room was beautiful and spacious and I loved the up lighting of the ceiling. Staff were helpful. The pool is huge and the view was wonderful. We only stayed for one night - really only 12 hours, but we can walk alot in resort - and ordered room service for dinner which was delicious. They also have a small tea shop. Facilities: 6 stars Hygiene: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Environment: 6 stars Service: 6 stars I want to give it a strong thumbs up I didn't have high hopes for it, after all, the price is not expensive, but I didn't expect everything in the hotel to be very good, and we were given a free spa, which was very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel contracted the entire beach, the glass sea, the blue and clear water, and many marine projects were free of charge. Seeing that we checked in very late, they automatically delayed our check-out to 4 pm. I was very touched. Everything in the hotel is so beautiful, the room is super warm and comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious and rich in variety.
