Hotels in Phu Quoc Island

First time staying at La Festa, it was very comfortable and convenient. The front desk staff was warm and courteous, with high efficiency in handling tasks, quickly and effectively resolving the issues I raised. The hotel was also very clean, the breakfast offered a variety of foods, and the staff were proactive and polite. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. Walking distance to the grand world. We were traveling with families and elderly, we will recommend you to find the buddy service. There are many buggy services that can provide u with a tour around the grand world and send u back to the hotel.

Hotel is near street just 3 min walk out where you can get food .there is many massage shop.a big department store King Kong that sell everything you need from food to clothing and accessories . every day is pack with tourists .just nearby have a tourist attractions shop where you can book all the land tour and can use credit card .bed iand pillow s comfortable breakfast buffet is wide spread with salad, Noodle soup and other that can fill up your day .you need to walk to the beach about 3 to 5 min walk .ithis hotel ihave 9 floor and pool is at the top .nice place .night market is about 2km away so can't walk there .can take bus or taxi.nightarket got many type of seafood

Really love this hotel. It is so beautiful with the beach just right behind the hotel. The location is also good as it is near the Phu Quoc night market. Massage, nail service shops are also nearby. There is free bus to Vinwonders too, the bus stop is a short walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers free breakfast and chocolate hour (3:30-4:30pm). The breakfast has a great selection of local and international food. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. We stayed 2 nights at direct pool access room with a small nice garden. It is a big resort, they have a free buggy service to travel between the buildings. It is walkable distance about 10 mins walk to the main building and the beach. The hotel is located at the north of the island. While the location may seem a bit far, but it’s centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore. They have free shuttle service back and forth to the airport every 2 hours. The hotel doesn’t have any scooter for rent, no scooter shop near by, so we took a free buggy to the main gate and took a free vinbus to Grand World (15 mins to Grand World), and also we booked hotel pay shuttle bus to the night market (20 mins to night market), 6pm pick up from the hotel and 9:20pm to return to the hotel. There is one mini mart and a nice coffee and massage shop right next to the main gate, you can take the free buggy to the main gate, the vinbus stop just next to the main gate. The vinbus service is free in Phu Quoc Island. There is a big supermarket Z Mart just one bus stop away from the hotel. Everything was fine and nice, we would definitely return. I was impressed by the infinity pool when I arrived at the hotel. We have booked a ocean view room which faced the ocean with a great view, the room is spacious. The staff at reception counters and restaurant were polite and pleasant. Food at restaurants were good. However, all our good impression was ruined by the arrangement on airport transfer. I did booked the airport transfer for my return flight before this trip, and confirmed to have 4 people via email. Unluckily, they had made a wrong estimation on the number of people for airport transfer, the shuttle bus was overbooked. My husband need to sit on a wooden chair though the transfer time was 15 mins only. I was wonder that such kind of mistake was made by a famous & luxury hotel group.

Their famous mango bingsu turned out it is not a must try. Shaved milk ice was too sweet and sticky (I guess it is made out of condensed milk which I don’t like personally) fresh mango in the market is the best in Phu quoc. You can buy more than 5kg mangos for 1 bingu price. breakfast quality is slightly better than local hotel but it doesn’t meet international hotel standard. bread section was okay but they need to work on the menu for vegetarian, especially at the main meal like rice noodle. This time I stayed 3 different hotels, generally I prefer more eco friendly resort like ocean bay. If I stay at the global franchise brand hotel, the Regent will be my choice.

The place is a tropical paradise with an astonishing beach and gardens. They offer an outstanding island experience with a very nice night market opposite the hotel. The rooms are brand new with all the needed comfort. But it’s also noticeable that the area is so big that staff are not capable Of keeping it tidy and clean. There was another room in our villa that had the door open during all our stay. We had a small incident in the bathroom with the mirror falling when I went to sleep. But the management reacted very quickly and fixed everything. Despite that it was a bit scary and luckily that the mirror didnt break. It was not fixed very well to the wall. The breakfast is good. Wonderful, a dream vacation, great service, clean, safe, the hotel staff is wonderful, the restaurant is excellent, the view and design of the hotel combine wonderfully, and overall, a vacation in Phu Quoc is a real experience. We enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone.

Its own huge and well-kept territory. Its own beautiful beach with excellent sun loungers. A huge room with an equally gigantic balcony. Everything is done so that you do not leave the hotel and spend your days relaxing. Everything contributes to this except the restaurant - where even Vietnamese food is so-so, not to mention European, they do not know how to mix cocktails, and you have to run to the kitchen for the staff
