Family-friendly Hotels in Phu Quoc Island

A recommended hotel when you plan to stay in Phu Quoc during your vacation. The staffs here are friendly and take care of the guest. A great hospitality given by the front office - Ms My. She really done a great job and very taking care of me during my stay. Definitely, I will go back to stay with this property!

The establishment was very beautiful and serene, and everything was clean and very luxurious. The shops in the surrounding area were very traditional, which was lovely to experience, and there were many convenience stores dotting the surrounding area. The staff was excellent and super helpful and kind. They also helped us to arrange several tours, our favorite being the island hopping tour. The one downside to this place is that the restaurants and the amenities were very expensive. Prices were inflated, sometimes quadruple the amount outside so we saw many people frequenting places off the premises. My recommendation would be to have more variety of places to eat and drink that won’t break the bank and I’m sure this establishment will have many more customers. To add, the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. It’s definitely worth checking out and we will definitely stay here again.

A very cozy hotel. It is located in the Jungle. Professional, friendly staff. The massage is great, I definitely recommend visiting the SPA at this hotel. The area is green and clean. Good food in the restaurant and good breakfasts. The room cleaning is good. Upon check-in, there was a compliment from the hotel. Thanks to the staff for a great my rest. We booked a 2 bedroom unit and it comes with a dining area, living area, 2 bathrooms and even a kitchen space ( no cutleries tho). Unit was also well equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety and staff were also polite and attentive. There was even a small Christmas party while we were there and all guests were invited to join the mini buffet. In room dining was expensive but there wasn't a need to really order from them as there is a night market opposite the hotel which has very good food options. The best part was the pool area - massive pool and it leads you to the sea! It's a private beach and really a good view ! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I head to Phu Quoc again !

Let's say it's a 5* budget hotel, especially regarding the food quality and how they treat the food, e.g. you are eating salads or fruits...there is always a taste which doesn't belongs to the food. Last time I good diarrhea on vacation was 2016 in Veracruz Mexico, now I experienced again with sickness. When you want to stay here, overall I can recommend it, but try to avoid salads with cold (not well done cooked chicken meat) or just avoid all what is not cooked, then it's worth a stay. Location great, equipment, friendly staff...

First the food in room service is very bad quality and overpriced. I've got sick and we had to use it but i preferred stay hungry then. Not enoug sunbeds at the beach: you should go to the beach not later then 8 am to get a couch. Only one person speaks good english at reception and is really helpful and nice guy named Felix. Other staff gives you wrong information and their english is hardly understandable. During the morning time they shower the grass and it smells with a toilet septic. The breakfast is ok and location is perfect. The beach itself is probably the best at Phu Qu Ok

Stayed for 2 nights in this resort. There are a few restaurants but only managed to try the main restaurant as it was raining heavily the night I was there, others were in alfresco area. It’s quite a secluded resort with no access to any shops, but walkable to the Senato Beach using the beach path. Staff are friendly!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall good experience. The hotel grounds are large and beautiful, with a stunning beach that’s perfect for relaxing. The cleanliness was impressive, and the fitness center is fantastic—large, well-equipped, and a great place to work out. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The sunbeds by the beach are always taken, so we had to wake up early at around 6 AM to secure a spot. The ping-pong table was in poor condition, with broken paddles and a worn-out surface. There was also no animation or entertainment, even though we asked at the reception a few times. One of the billiard tables was missing pockets, making it impossible to play. Another issue was with the tennis court. It's very hard to book a slot, as all evening times were fully booked, yet we often passed by the court in the evening and saw no one playing. Additionally, the room cleaning service repeatedly forgot to replenish the body lotion, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the safari park was amazing, and we appreciated the airport transfer service. Overall, it was a nice stay, but a few improvements could make the experience even better.

The hotel was a value for money. Facilities could be a bit run down and need fixing up. Kids friendly and e pool is big. Beach is nice with clean water and sand. Breakfast selection is good. There are a few massage places and convenient stores outside the hotel. The free kiss of the sea show is definitely worth it especially it's free for all the hotel guests.

Best hotel stayed in Phu Quoc! Room was super spacious with great view! There are a few restaurants around the resort - Sea Shack, Lava (Steak), Main Breakfast Room etc. The main dining area was very busy upon my visit for breakfast at 0800hrs and was directed to Sea Shack, love the view and chill vibe in this restaurant instead so it wasn’t an issue for me. Service was excellence, the team had your contact number for constant communication, and instant reply if you needed any help at all. The resort is not accessible to any shops nearby and all dining will be within the resort only. Love the exclusive private beach area!
