The location is very close to Fuguo World, and it's only a three-minute walk to the Venice water taxi boat. There are many massage shops and food nearby, as well as supermarkets. The room was clean and comfortable and cost about NT$1,000 a night. I will stay here again next time I come to Phu Quoc Island.

Good hotel, helpful staff, located at the beginning of the Grand Ward between two bus stations, you will have to walk to the beach for 10-12 minutes, and right on the beach there are two cafes where I recommend having lunch

The room was nice and clean but too small i guess with our 2 luggage have limited space to put.
View from the room was nice facing the river and those bridge. Good to choose the room with balcony then you can enjoy your food/meals from there with sea view.
During my stay there was no fireworks for the 2 nights, unfortunately.

Have been given good reviews of other guests, so they settled! I would like to warn you simply that in the ant room, the towels did not change for 3 days, the garbage from the garbage bucket had to throw itself and the most ”joyful” it is when the owners in 7.00 morning include TV on all the volume with music from 90 x! How do people sleep? Not understandable!

The room is very high-quality, the equipment and environment are very good, the boss is also nice, you can ask any questions and help solve them immediately. The CP value is high and the stay is very comfortable. Only the breakfast is a little simple, but it does not affect the overall accommodation experience!

Very popular hotel with high occupancy, as evidenced by the huge crowd almost daily during breakfast hours (6.30 to 10.30 am). Peak hours is around 8 to 9.30 am, near impossible to find vacant seats, even though seating capacity is pretty large in the restaurant.
Breakfast spread is substantial and is replenished regularly but the hot dishes (slightly different daily) are not really tasty/delicious. The usual staples are better, eg bread, ham/bacon, eggs, salad and fruits. Coffee is not great, I took a few sips and didn’t want it anymore.
Pool is huge and reasonably clean but there are some missing mosaic tiles on parts of the pool wall which should have been better maintained.
You can watch fireworks on Saturdays if you stay in a pool-facing room on a high floor. Rooms on the same side as the main entrance face trees and nothing else (fine for people who prefer greenery). The rooms on the other remaining sides either have partial sea-views or partial view of Grandworld/open field. The room itself is very plain looking - adding some decorations (eg hang some paintings/posters or place a couple of attractive cushions) would have enhanced the interior design.
Overall, I’m pleased with my hotel choice – strong points: location, cleanliness, facilities and services are very good and it is excellent value if you get a good room rate in your booking.

It was our first time travelling to PQC Island and we had total 4 families. 4 Adults and 4 kids and we booked 3 bedrooms villa which had 2 king size beds and 2 twins beds with private pool. The villa was very beautiful especially the unique interior design with private pool . It was pretty clean until we saw a big bugs dying on the floor. We were fine about it which it didnt bother us much. And we still loved it. We paid around HK4000 per night for 2 nights which had included 8 breakfast buffet style. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport. But one thing I couldnt understand was the water bottle provided in the villa. The hotel only gave us 6 free bottles everyday. If you request extra water, they had to charge you with unreasonable price. We had 8 ppl in the villa but they only gave u 6. I have stayed at other countries hotel with free water bottles refill but Wyndham needs to charge me for that which I really cant understand as water in Vietnam is so cheap. I was so shocked when I heard about it and I complained it to the front desk. At the end, they did give me 4 more bottles of water without charging me. One more thing I didnt like the most was the breakfast. Although they had many varieties, the quality of food was pretty bad and it didnt look good at all. It really turned down my appetite. The only food I can really eat was the hard boil eggs without eating the egg yolk and the black olives. For the prices I had paid, i think the hotel really needed to improve the food quality as it did look disgusting to me.

The Staff at the reception were amazing. Very welcoming, big smiles and so helpful. Requests were fulfilled immediately and I had a few :D anyway I asked for a quiet room on the top floor. I got it. I asked to be able to enjoy breakfast two times (at the opening at 6 AM and before closing around 10 AM). That in order to better manage my diabetes type 2 condition. They made sure I could get that too.
The staff at the restaurant was not so welcoming. Just doing their job. For a nice start of the day smiles and a friendly welcoming attitude would help...
The food for breakfast was plentiful and good. Items were replenished until the closing time.
The room was not very large but nice. The bed was comfortable. There was a safe and a fridge but nothing to do some ironing. The bathroom was very functional. The air conditioner was efficient and not too noisy. The TV was unusable for me but I usually do not watch TV anyway.
The big swimming pool with the large children section has very few lounge chairs...which anyway get promptly ”reserved” (and then left ”empty” with clothes, etc... to make sure no one can use them). But it is probably safer to swim there than in the polluted sea a quick walk away as the locals (and unfortunately many guests too) seem to have no environment awareness. Phu Quoc is from that perspective a very poor example in Vietnam.
The location of the hotel is good. The free VinBus stops in front and it is next to the ”fake” Venice. There are plenty of shops around as well as restaurants and other eateries. The sea and the beach are hardly a 10 minutes walk away.
The area is quiet and not visibly as polluted as the town. The town and the airport are easily reachable with the convenient and free VinBuses in 45 to 60 minutes.
I would not hesitate to come back to the Wyndham Garden should I return to Phu Quoc in the future.

I stayed for 1 day and it was a great hotel
All the staffs were very friendly, and the facilities were all clean and well maintained. The gym is nearby the hotel, it takes 2' to walk to there. Breakfast is worth the price, and they have a lot of healthy drink and breakfast options

AAnonymous UserThe hotel, which is around 10 years old, is located on a very narrow sandy beach and the adjacent swimming pool is completely overcrowded with loungers. Relaxation looks different, absolutely no privacy and children screaming and jumping into the water. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet restaurant is also completely overcrowded. This 5-star hotel can only be recommended to a limited extent. Apart from the bedroom and the spa area, this hotel definitely offers no opportunity for rest and relaxation. The friendly staff speaks and understands English very poorly. The hotel would be well advised to either take in far fewer guests or to carry out major expansion work. The price-performance ratio is only satisfactory.

YYeI traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks.
I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier.
What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~)
Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content.
The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected.
It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy.
We plan to visit again!

SShalsWe booked a 2 bedroom unit and it comes with a dining area, living area, 2 bathrooms and even a kitchen space ( no cutleries tho). Unit was also well equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety and staff were also polite and attentive. There was even a small Christmas party while we were there and all guests were invited to join the mini buffet. In room dining was expensive but there wasn't a need to really order from them as there is a night market opposite the hotel which has very good food options. The best part was the pool area - massive pool and it leads you to the sea! It's a private beach and really a good view ! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I head to Phu Quoc again !

The wide selection of the buffet breakfast is definitely a plus.
The room was in good condition, except there is serious leaking from the shower. The bathroom floor was half wet after shower.

AAnonymous UserIt was not convenient to contact them in the early stage. I could only use the hotel's specified app and email to contact them. There was no news for 2 days. I asked Ctrip for help but still could not contact them.
Everything else was good. The room was very nice and the price was affordable. I had to wait for the check-in time until 4pm because of the Chinese New Year.

YYaLenkaWhat a nice hotel with spa, 2 swimming pools (1 inside on the 2d floor, 1 outside with a great sea view), bar and restaurant on the beach, motorbike rental (150k per 24 hours), wonderful staff always ready to help you. The room was more than perfect, a sea view with magnificent sunsets everyday, even while taking a bath (because it's in front of the huge window). The cosiest bed with soft pillows, big bathroom with two basins, a safety box, wardrobe, a coffee table, armchair, a fridge and a big mirror. Breakfast was good, with various dishes of different cuisines (eggs, noodles, spaghetti, soups, potatoes, meat of different kinds such as sausage, bacon, stew beef, chicken legs and wings, pastry, fruits, salads, coffee, tea, juice, yoghurt, bread). In the evening you can have dinner with various drinks in the bar-restaraunt on the beach(prices a little bit high, but the location is worth it). You can have dinner close to the hotel, as there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. You definitely must try smoked duck in NGOC QUI restaurant, if you towards main street, you should turn on the right. The staff is very friendly, they served welcome and farewell drinks, they helped us to get back to the airport for free with the comfy transfer van. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I have a chance to travel to Phu Quoc again. The only one thing we were disappointed with was the quantity of guests and their behavior. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach and swimming pool area for all the guests of a hotel, and they woke up early in the morning, put their towels on the sunbeds and went to do their morning things (get dressed, have breakfast, etc). That's not polite, because if someone comes to the beach, they can see occupied sunbeds with no people on them, that's not fair. Probably the manager of the hotel can figure it out and create an amazing idea how to solve this during high season 🌞 I wish you all the best and want to thank you for the best holiday!!!

一一柠The service is very good. I sent an email to the hotel about half a month before check-in to confirm check-in and make an appointment for airport transfer, but I never received a reply. I was very worried that I could not check in. The front desk was very enthusiastic when checking in. They carefully confirmed the airport transfer time and the location of the breakfast restaurant with me. The concierge sent my luggage to the room and explained the switches for electricity and water in the room and the difference between free and paid. The front desk guy also gave me a New Year red envelope. Who knows on the first day of the Chinese New Year! So happy
The resort is very big, but it is very convenient to call the concierge car, which is almost available at any time. Their service attitude is also very good, especially good to talk. After returning from Pearl Paradise, the room card could not open the door. The driver who met on the roadside was very enthusiastic to help me solve it.
In addition, you don’t need to make an appointment for the windy seaside restaurant when staying here. Their dinner restaurant is also very beautiful, but I forgot to find the front desk to make an appointment for the seaside location. I went a little late and could only envy it. JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

GGuest UserThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.
