The hotel was central and close to the night market. The rooms and toilets were clean.
We got the junior suite though the sofa area was smaller than expected the room was comfortable.

We have booked 2 rooms and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the hotel manager, front desk staff, massage therapists, tour booking staff, and drivers for their attentive service and warm hospitality, which made our trip to Phu Quoc truly enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Even though our suitcases were quite messy, the housekeeping staff thoughtfully organized everything for us. We were amazed by how tidy and orderly the room looked when we returned. The overall environment was spacious and very comfortable.
The hotel's location is excellent — it’s close to supermarkets, night markets, money exhange shop, the police station, coffee shops (recommend buddy cafe in the pic), hospitals, and other essential facilities. It's also very convenient to order food delivery nearby.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, making every morning something to look forward to.
Although there was some renovation work during our stay, the manager was extremely polite and proactively offered us suitable solutions, which made us feel truly cared for and at home.
The hotel also provided airport transfers both ways, which added great convenience and made the entire trip seamless.
This was a perfect stay — highly recommend.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in... the room the breakfast the staff the location the amenities everything was top notch... the didn't leave room for any complaints... very very impressed... highly recommend will definitely come back and stay in the same hotel

We were pleased with the airport transfer. However the check-in only took place at 3pm and they refused to give us late check out. The breakfast restaurant was too full. Didn't have enough tables for all the guests and it was chaos. The pool is nice but also not enough space for all guests to sit and relax.
Key cards also don't work well and the elevators take a long time.
Good location but the restaurant downstairs gave my friend food poisoning

Buffet and dinner in hotel with reasonable price , we stayed for 5 nights in both seawview and city view room with good environment. Tried massage in hotel , the staff are nice but I like Thai massage more as the staff is not so professional. Shuttle bus for transportation to or return from hotel is good. However, only 2bottles of water supplied everyday, charged if u want more bottle of water which is not so good experience.
