I stayed at Maison Hotel Phu Quoc and really enjoyed the beach view and the rooftop café—both were fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, but I can only give the service 4/5. I reported a problem with the noise coming from the window when it’s closed, and while the front desk assured me someone would check it, that never happened. A similar issue occurred with the room cleaning service, I had to remind them to clean the room, but they forgot again. Overall, great location and amenities, but service needs improvement.

No swimming pool .beach is across the road .need to walk .the hotel is at a up slope area .so need to climb up a little .night market is around 14 min walk .need to walk about 5 to 8 min to reach the food stall .but outside got a massage place good and cheap .overall for this price you get average location but stayable .breakfast no variety

We stayed ocean view room, fantastic view. Hotel should not have smoking area inside the building, but Maison hotel has and in my floor had a heavy smoker. We could not feel good at that smoke smelly night. Buffet breakfast restaurant has beautiful ocean view.

I booked this hotel as it was one of the hotels nearest to the night market(around 450m away). The fact is that the distance is measured based on the line of sight, the hotel is actually up on a 50m slope(45 degrees) and no way near the night market. I have to book a grab bike whenever I want to go back to hotel. The hotel is also quite rundown, looks good from the photos. The roof top bar is closed and undergoing some renovation. I regret booking for a week the moment I stepped into the property.
