I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunset Bay Retreat Phu Quoc and was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by one of your staff members, Trang. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond by offering me an early check-in at 9 AM without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey.
Trang’s personalized service made my stay even more memorable. She kindly arranged transportation for me to a nearby Halal restaurant and later to the airport, ensuring I was well taken care of. Additionally, she provided complimentary buggy service to the nearest souvenir shop, even though it was a considerable distance away, which added to the convenience of my trip.
Her genuine care and warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome, and I can confidently say that she is a real gem of your hotel. Because of Trang’s exceptional service, I will definitely return to Sunset Bay Retreat whenever I visit Phu Quoc in the future.

I stayed here for 2 days on a family trip. The service was good and the owner was kind. The hot water was good and the room was clean, so it was a good stay. It was a cost-effective room, so I plan to stay here again when I visit Phu Quoc next year.

We planned to stay at a 5-star hotel, but the reservation was not confirmed and at the last minute we decided to take a risk and book this budget accommodation option, and it was completely worth it!
It is in a great place where you can see various attractions of the island. We went on the cable car to the water park twice, which turned out to be the best in our lives! By the way, keep in mind that tickets for the cable car and various shows can be purchased from the administrator and avoid queues!
They also provide laundry services, much cheaper than in hotels, although not super thorough washing, but still fresh clothes!
We rented a bike, again from the administrator, went to the beach, in principle, you can go to the beach on a free shuttle, which stops nearby.
Nearby there are inexpensive cafes, Starbucks and a night market. So there is all the necessary infrastructure! For such a price, this is a great option!
