Everything was new in the room. Towels were changed every day. Location is great: just in the center of Sunset town. Good option for a short stay

The room is just the same in the picture, nice and clean. But the bed and pillow are not so confortable. The door lock is not work well, we cannot turnlock the door from inside, but is still have key card lock. And the room is not sound proof, always hear lift sound, luckily no one use the lift at late night.

We went in as a family, planning to stay for one night first and extend for a week if we liked it. However, we left after just one night. The reason was that there was constant drilling and construction noise throughout the day, making it very disturbing. Additionally, the elevator broke down, making it difficult to go up and down to the 4th floor.

The room was clean since the hotel is still new. The shower had hot water, and the drainage worked well. I didn’t want the room to be cleaned, so I informed the front desk on the first day. However, the cleaning staff came at 10 a.m. the next morning, and I had to respond. I wish there had been a ‘Do Not Disturb’ card.
The cleaning only involved taking out the trash, giving bottled water and toilet paper, and occasionally changing the towels. On some days, the towels were just refolded instead of being replaced. The linens didn’t feel very clean either, so I wonder how things will be in a few years depending on the cleaning staff.
For now, it’s a reasonably priced and good hotel.
