Positive: Firework view is really good and romantic, very suitable for couple
Area for improvement :
1. Irresponsible Customer Service: The customer service staff demonstrated a lack of responsibility.
2. Excuses and Delayed Check-in: The check-in process was delayed, and excuses were given for the delay.
3. Non-Functional Room Upon Arrival: After checking in, the room was not fully functional, requiring maintenance to enter and repair items.
4. Damaged Blanket: The blanket provided in the room was torn.

What can I say about this absolute gem of a property! Not only is it brand new apartments, it’s well kept, cleaned and maintained. The customer service is absolutely spectacular and I would 100% stay here again when next I’m back to Phu Quoc. When you book you have access to its rooftop pool, gym is in another building and did not use that, I got a 1 bed apartment where you can see the night water show and fireworks. Bed and facilities was great! Location is great, right in the heart of sunset town with a 24/7 mart, cafe and 2 restaurants 2 minute walk away. There’s more restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you’re headed to sunset town or even south of the island, I would 100% recommend staying at this property, you would definitely not regret it.

I would give this Hotel for 5/5, The room is so clean, fancy, all facilities are new and modern, the bed is comfort, and the view out of Window is super stunning, I can’t forget the Sea view there, plus it location on the top of Sunset town, view is very wide angle, Day time you see the infinite sea view, and Night time you can enjoy the Show and Sunset for free. More over the Hotel sister English is really good, we don’t have any difficulty in communication, And I have to mention she really friendly and helpful, I personally really recommend this stay!

Wonderful experience. a warm house that 4 friends can being together, with excellent view that can see the fireworks every night. very close to the tram station.

Location, although not the closest to the car, is greedy enough to see the fireworks, down to the car D road is very walk, 5 minutes away, the hotel is a serviced residence, to the counter a staff call hotel people come down to take you to the room, check out when the room card to the table whatapps to the host sea scene I saw once, to the room to see once, I like to see the room to see the whole beautiful D, the show first half an hour very boring, I was not good, is to see the fireworks

We enjoyed the sunset and fireworks during our stay. We also enjoyed the pool on the 20th floor, which had the best view, and all the facilities were up-to-date and convenient. The cable car station and the Kiss Bridge were within walking distance, making our two-day trip to Phu Quoc South comfortable and happy for the whole family.
