Very friendly staff, helpful, the place is quiet and has a beautiful garden. Very suitable for relaxing. There are many restaurants in the area, the breakfast was sufficient. The offered island tour with snorkeling was a great experience.

Сервис в плане обслуживания и работы с клиентом очень хороший, сотрудники вежливы и пунктуальны, очень стараются. Но есть и минусы. Кран в душевой плохо закрывается, нужно ловить положение чтобы не капало. Освещение в основной комнате неприятно мерцает. Москитной сетки над кроватью нет, хотя на фото в карточке номера она есть. Кондиционер хороший, тихий и эффективный. Постельное белье чистое. Уборка ежедневная без напоминаний, запасы воды в номере пополняли ежедневно.

Очень красивая территория отеля. Ухоженная, просторная. Много растений. А самое главное, тихо, что было для нас важно. Мне нравится, что персонал отеля всегда с нами на связи и помогает случае чего. В номерах есть все необходимое: чайник, кондиционер, туалетные принадлежности. Уборку проводят каждый день.

Мне очень понравилось это место. Для любителей тишины, спокойствия и единения с природой отличный вариант. Ежедневная уборка, вода, чай, кофе, гели, шампуни, щеточки зубные и прочие мелочи. Особенно хочется отметить персонал, прекрасные, добрые и отзывчивые люди. Два чистых и просторных бассейна. Хорошая территория. Рядом всё, что нужно ( кафе, рестораны, супермаркеты, фрукты). В 5 минутах ходьбы до центральной дороги по которой ходят 17 и 19 бесплатные автобусы до центра или до Гранда. Мне хочется тут оставаться еще и возвращаться однозначно, после активного отдыха восстановиться в тишине это идеально.

We stayed in Lovely bungalow near reception area it was very quite the rooms were very spacious and clean staff made sure the nets around the bed was pulled down late afternoon as there was a lot of bugs. The bar staff by the beach was very polite and the breakfast staff. pools very clean beach right there by bar area,
