Movenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc

The hotel offers free breakfast and chocolate hour (3:30-4:30pm). The breakfast has a great selection of local and international food. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. We stayed 2 nights at direct pool access room with a small nice garden. It is a big resort, they have a free buggy service to travel between the buildings. It is walkable distance about 10 mins walk to the main building and the beach. The hotel is located at the north of the island. While the location may seem a bit far, but it’s centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore. They have free shuttle service back and forth to the airport every 2 hours. The hotel doesn’t have any scooter for rent, no scooter shop near by, so we took a free buggy to the main gate and took a free vinbus to Grand World (15 mins to Grand World), and also we booked hotel pay shuttle bus to the night market (20 mins to night market), 6pm pick up from the hotel and 9:20pm to return to the hotel. There is one mini mart and a nice coffee and massage shop right next to the main gate, you can take the free buggy to the main gate, the vinbus stop just next to the main gate. The vinbus service is free in Phu Quoc Island. There is a big supermarket Z Mart just one bus stop away from the hotel. Everything was fine and nice, we would definitely return. We had an excellent stay during our 3 nights and 4 days trip. The breakfast were great with great services by the staffs. We were 10 people during the trip and everyone of us enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful sea view. The breakfast is also very delicious with a lot of choice.

This is not 5 star resort not relaxing hotel  Location so far from everything very busy hotel  Breakfast restaurant to small for amount of guests not enough tables inside food set up all over place  No staff speak English or give you 5 service  Buggy drivers so fast you almost will fall off  Free Afternoon chocolate at the lobby its joke  Resort don’t supply any drink water anywhere  Rooms have good views but under bed full of dust not clean  Manager of the hotel please check your hotel and your services or not  doing your job

The rooms have a horrible smell , no refill body syampoo .. house keeping no that good . Hotel environment very beautiful & have Very nice beach, but the hotel staff not so friendly..breakfast was excellent..

One of the most beautiful hotels I have visited. The breakfast, the chocolate hour, the view, and, most importantly, the kindness of the staff were all wonderful. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they even sent him a cake with a birthday card 🥹We truly loved everything!♥️
