We recommend staying at Bungalow Mai Phuong Binh.
They are located on one of the main road in the town, which gives you access to the free VinBus.
It’s central so you can go to the north and south easily in short time (less than an hour).
There is lots of food options at walking distance and a supermarket at less than 5 minutes.
Housekeeping was everyday, the pool is big and is open at convenient hours.

At first, they put us in a room next to the kitchen. It was very small, I didn't like it right away, the bed linen was gray and pilled. We were so tired that we didn't have the strength to swear. But the room didn't match the photos at all! At 6 am, the knocking started, and at 6:30, the smell of food came through the hood in the shower. We couldn't sleep anymore. And then the knocking continued until 1 pm. We invited the owner and she moved us. Unfortunately, they didn't move us right away. They took us to another hotel, it smelled terribly of dampness, they said that they didn't have a room in ours. They even offered to refund us. In the end, they found a room, but we had to spend another night in a small room with noise in the kitchen. The next day, they moved us to a small house. We attach a photo. The first photo shows the room next to the kitchen. The others show where they moved us. House 24, it matched the photos.
We bought it without breakfast, but we went out to eat twice. We have pancakes and omelette. Large selection of fruits, they constantly add more.
The pool is clean.
The staff is very friendly.
Overall, we liked everything. Regarding the nuances, we wrote above.

The two buildings are very close to each other, and both have swimming pools. The surroundings are convenient. The main counter is at the first one, and you can get good service and help. The only drawback is that the sanitary items (sheets, sheets, bath towels) used in the room are not very clean. Especially when you change the bath towels, you can see many unknown stains. Since it is a bungalow, it is easy for mosquitoes to come in, so the mosquito problem is acceptable.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and comfortable, green and well-groomed area. The hotel is located near the road, but the area is very quiet. Nearby there is a store, a VinBus stop and many street cafes.

Stayed for 4 nights in Std Double Bungalow at their property at Plot # 91/2D. ( The other property is at Plot # 91/1, 100 meters away). It's a compact property, a cluster of bungalows with nice greenery around. Rooms are clean & spacious with comfortable mattress, clean linen, 32" Wall mounted LCD, Fridge, AC, E-kettle, Intercom, Coffee table with chairs , wardrobe & luggage rack etc. for a comfy stay. A swing in the veranda is a great amenity for relaxing with a glass of Beer after a busy day. Recently renovated property. Functional swimming pool with loungers & enough swings & benches around. Breakfast is served at their other property at Plot # 91/1, 2-3 minutes walk away. The breakfast spread is elaborate, including both Veg, Non-Veg, Vegan options. Staff at front desk as well as the restaurant is very helpful & friendly. As we preferred Vegetarian food ( without Seafood & Meat), the team arranged for special Vegetarian food for us. It's located centrally at the touristy area of Duong Dong with many restaurants, cafes, travel agencies, super markets, bike rental outlets. Easy pick-up points for free shuttle bus for transfer to SunWorld & Vinworld (Grand World, Safari, Vinwonders), just 3-4 minutes walk away ( fm Haawai Resort & Holiday Sense respt). Bike rentals directly from the Garages nearby is 100000 VND for 24 Hrs while from the Hotel or Travel Agents, it's 150000 VND for 24 Hrs. Long Beach is just 3-4 min walk from Hawaai Beach Resort. It's surely value for money, considering we get to stay right in the busy yet silent touristy area of PhuQuoc. Cab charges from airport approx 160000 VND. incl Airport Fees 20000 VND. Luckily, during our stay, the nearby Karaoke Bar etc, which usually is loud & a nuisance at night, was closed. Out of the 2 properties, opt for the inner one Pl # 91/2D as the Bungalows are spaced comfortably as compared to the other main set up. We will surely return here on our next trip to PhuQuoc.

There are 2 establishments 20 meters apart. We stayed at Mai Bình Phuong. And without regrets. Very nice location. Very green. We were immediately very charmed by the beauty of the place and the great variety of tropical plants. Excellent service at reception. Very warm staff, always smiling. Responsive to every request. Excellent value. A very varied breakfast. Every day you have something different. 250m from the beach taking the small streets. Very clean rooms. A very nice swimming pool. And possible rental of scooters. The best thing to do to visit the island of Phu Quoc.
