Spent just one night there, the experience was ruined by some terrible guests partying and being loud at night. The hotel must have some policy against noise after 10 pm. There's a bit of smell in the room.

Is okey the hotel is clean.
They try to do their best.
I recommend to perform in breakfast service.not as good as I thought.

Khem Beach is beautiful and really 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. But. „The room with the view“ means no view. There’s a wall view, and a toilet view. It smells smoke, although a non-smoking room, and the curtains are moldy. One night option and never again!

The hotel is not far from the beach, cafes and supermarkets are nearby. The room is clean, the towels are snow-white. One but, or rather 2: the window faces the wall and there are no closets, there are only open shelves with hangers. We only booked for one night, so it is not scary, if for a long time, then it is not very convenient. Thanks to the staff, everyone is responsive.

The hotel has a coffee shop on the ground floor, massage services, and rooms on the upper floors. A small hotel, only one employee at the reception speaks English, but in general it was not a problem, everyone uses google translate. Near the hotel they sell food street - sandwiches banh mi, smoothies, there is a small store. The safe did not work (batteries died), but I was given a key to the safe. On the one hand, the reception staff respond to requests, on the other hand, they are rather indifferent (there is no atmosphere of hospitality).

The sound of gunfire was constant, just like in my ears, the soundproofing was basically zero, there was a power outage on the day of check-in, other hotels used generators for power supply, but this hotel did not have any measures at all, only told me that the power would be back on at 6 pm
