Hotel is bit old and simple than expected.
Not all plugs functioned and there’s no USB type charging yet.
I have remarked anniversary celebration and front desk said it’s not setup on time during my check in and it would be done on the next day. Unfortunately nothing arranged till I check out.
Balcony with sea view is great.

The hotel is nice, close to the airport, but it's in the middle of nowhere. Not many places around to eat, or get massage. Breakfast was really good, with variety of desserts. Sol by Melia is very close to Sanato beach (walking distance). Overall the experience was good!

Stayed for 2 nights in this resort. There are a few restaurants but only managed to try the main restaurant as it was raining heavily the night I was there, others were in alfresco area. It’s quite a secluded resort with no access to any shops, but walkable to the Senato Beach using the beach path. Staff are friendly!

Cannot get enough of this place. Should have book more nights. Love the ambience. Great pool. Great private beach. Free playroom for kids. Friendly staff. Near to one of halal restaurant approximately 10mins by car.

Great property that provides free return shuttle to the airport, you must book in advanced. The location is a about 10mins away from Phu Quoc international airport. The beach at the hotel is clean because there is a designated cleaner to clear all the rubbish that washes up on shore. Room was upgraded and the food in hotel was so so only. Nghi the front office supervisor was a great employee who help us a lot.

Had an excellent stay in Sol by Melia. Clean, great amenities and service.
Its central location is great. It is a 15 mins drive from the airport. Sol provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
From here, it is convenient to head south to other resorts (~10 mins) and Sunset Town (~20 mins), and north to the main town (~20 mins) and Great World (~40 mins).
It has different restaurants that open at different times of the day, up to 11PM.
Pool is great, spa and gym are good. The swim-up bar was under renovation (until Nov’24) so I did not get to try it.
Very satisfied with my stay and will return again.
