Don’t come here if you are looking for a quiet place!
The hotel organized a company trip for a big group directly on the beach of the hotel: no notice in advance- VERY VERY loud speaker, a MC yelling in the microphone, the participants shouting. The beach was therefore a nightmare during many hours. Absolutely terrible and unbelievable, ruining the whole afternoon.
Highly not recommended if you are want to relax and rest.
We mentioned this issue (many times) to the hotel, and basically : they don't care. They justify it by telling this event is following the regulations, and that they are authorized to do ti. Such a shame and a totally lack of care for customers. They wanted to offer a glass of wine (sorry but I don't drink alcohol at 3pm!) and a taxi to the airport (when I already told them that I have arranged it by myself), other said: zero compensation. Once I refused it, they totally ghosted us, and sending copy-pasted automatic messages.
Huge lack of management in this hotel, and absolute no consideration for the customers.
Obviously their target are massive groups (to share another example: the breakfast in the morning looks like an airport hall with queue for waiting and huge crowd), even if they pretend not. Avoid at all cost if you want a place to rest and relax.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — always smiling and quick to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless, well-designed, and super comfortable, with great attention to detail.
Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options and great coffee (which, let’s be honest, makes or breaks a morning!). The location was perfect — close enough to walk to the main attractions but still quiet at night.
The hotel also had a nice little pool and a cozy lounge area that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, a really great experience — I’d absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel ! Big, clean and stylish room with comfortable beds and gorgeous ocean view. Staff is polite, friendly and helps with different questions. The beach and the sea are great - beautiful and clean. Breakfast is various and tasty😋 The location is quite far from the center of the island so if you want silence and tranquility- it’s a good choice. Also you could visit Grand World (it’s very close to the hotel) for fun and the nearest beach - Ong Lang. It’s beautiful and there is wonderful restaurant - On the rocks close to it. So we like our staying in this hotel, thank you💗p.s: only one thing was strange - almost transparent bathroom in the room😅

Everything was perfect.
Room size was well appointed with ocean view and housekeeping was prompt every day during our stay! Beautiful private beach and pool to lounge. Breakfast buffet and Ambers sand beach club food and service were excellent.

Great location on the north side of Phu Quoc, very close by to Grand World and Vinswonder attractions.

Nice hotel and services, just the location is kinda too further in but it is near to safari and grand world if you are planning to visit there
