Nic and new, spacious apartments with kitchen, washing machine and all necessary belongings. Perfect location close to the beach. Friendly staff.

An amazing hotel-apartment, clean, tidy, beach is really near, like 2,3 minutes by walk. The guy who is working at the reception is the best helper ever. He even took me to the pharmacy to get few items by his motor. Great guy and great staying. I will definitely be back.

Overall, it's not bad, but there were some things I didn't like:
- the smell in the rooms is specific, but it went away in a couple of days
- the air conditioner in the bedroom works when it wants to
- we periodically hear our neighbors behind the wall (fortunately there is no noise from the night market)
- periodic construction work was carried out, but not for long
The bed linen and towels are snow-white, there are enough dishes and kitchen utensils.
The equipment is not new, but it works without problems.
For a long stay, it's quite a good place to stay.
The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment

Apartment looks not new but full of furniture like home. The Staff was so friendly and amazing, especially FO team (ms Lily and mr Thuan), they help me alot. I will come back soon. Ah, just around 100m to the beach, very near.

It was the best decision to stay here. We were just like home. The comfort is 100%. The kitchen was very important to us. The generator was a lifesaver during power outages. The administrators and staff were always quick to help with any issues. I definitely recommend this accommodation. And will be back here again

I booked out a week here for local scuba diving . The location is directly across from the beach, there’s a pool close by, and the suite had everything. Washer, all kitchen amenities, stocked bathroom, etc. It was off season and the Scuba shops were all closed but the front desk girls got me sorted out with EVERYTHING! Scooter rental, places to eat and things to see , they were a HUGE help and totally made my trip memorable. Also, English is not widely spoken and without the staff I would have been lost. A 10 out of 10!!

Stayed here while visiting family who work on Phu Quoc - selected this as this is where my family live and we had the opportunity to stay here between other places where we also holidayed - the apartments are centrally located between the beach and local markets and having everything you need in an apartment - self contained but also serviced daily - on the ground floor is a local cafe and a minimart - all staff and the locals that we met were delightful and make us most welcome - great location for a self managed holiday
