The hotel is in a great location at the 1 end of long Beach, within walking distance of both the town, night market and beach with various beach bars and restaurants.
It has a lovely swimming pool overlooking the sea with loungers to relax on. We found the breakfast and serving staff to be fantastic.
The hotel itself seems as if it was grand in its day, but is now showing signs of wear and lack of maintenance in some areas. We had mixed experience with service, the breakfast restaurant was great, but other service like the pool wasn't as great. There never were clean towels when we used the pool, just a pile of dirty ones, nor service. The reception staff were mostly friendly and helpful, but not all. Some could speak English, but there was a lack of understanding, which led to mis-communication when trying to get service.
We enjoyed our time at the hotel regardless and would recommend it.

Fraud Manager and Fraud Hotel. Pls read whole review and too see thier fraudulent activity
Pls do not stay at this hotel. First the washroom is not comfortable and very small for a Suite I booked. 2nd the room is very old and bad not comfortable. 3rd the staff is very rude and are fraud.
I hired a bike and I was told the charge is 150 VND for one and half days. After I returned the bike at the reception and offered to pay the told me pls pay next day at check out. Now when I am checking out and leaving for the airport the rude manager on duty today 16 dec 23 around 7 30 am says the cost is 300VND. He says I can check the video recording but all this at the last moment when I had to catch a flight. He was lying and was very rude and this was well planned to quote double charge just at the time of check out.i agreed to listen to the recording but he was deliberately wasting time and not even going to the recording room. I have uploaded the photo below. Please don't stay at this hotel the staff is very very rude and have fraudulent intentions.

Not a bad hotel, there is a free bus stop nearby. You can get to almost any point on the island. The beach is not far. Quite clean. There is a swimming pool, you can ride SUPs. The staff is not very friendly. When checking in, we had to wait a long time for the room to be cleaned. Breakfasts are normal, but quite monotonous.

The big minus of the hotel is the lack of its own beach, but there is an excellent beach within 7 minutes' walk, with the possibility of renting sun loungers.

We booked the hotel in November 2024, arrived on 11.01.25, and left on 16.01.25
The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff is polite and very helpful in solving guest issues. The room we stayed in (112) is quite large, a huge balcony, the furniture is a little "tired", but this gives it an antique charm.
The bedding is clean, starched, towels and toiletries were changed daily.
The breakfasts are very rich and varied, a very large selection, and excellent presentation of dishes.
I was a little upset by the fact that the hotel does not have its own beach, due to the rugged coast (stones), but this drawback is fully compensated by the lounge area of the pool and the bar, located directly by the sea.
In general, I really liked the hotel, and the holiday was a success!!
