This trip has truly been a joyful experience. I'm deeply grateful for the warm hospitality from all the hotel staff—your friendly smiles made every moment even better. The breakfast was wonderfully, and the kids' meals at the restaurant were served in large portions—such thoughtfulness from the hotel! Whenever we needed anything in the room, it was delivered promptly and efficiently. The daily chocolate hours were a highlight—our little ones lit up with excitement every single day.The hotel offers a buggy service to the main gate, where you'll find a restaurant, a spa, and a minimart—super convenient! We’ll definitely be back again. Highly, highly recommended!

Beautiful, quiet resort along Ong Lang beach. Hotel breakfast and services are excellent. The distance to town takes 15 minutes by Grab and the hotel to the airport takes 30 minutes. The nearby hotel has nothing much, but you can order grab food if needed. The sea view from the room is gorgeous. I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family who are coming to Phu Quoc.

loved their property with all trees and flowers + cute pool and beach in front, wooden house and stone bath tub. but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian. prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.

Customer service is very kind. Conveniently located near the night market. There are two pools and both are clean. The room is spacious and has a good view of the garden from the balcony. The bath is also spacious. The restaurant in the hotel is reasonably priced and delicious. Located along the coast, the evening scenery is beautiful on sunny days.

Ocean Bay Resort & Spa impresses with its excellent service, and stylish, comfortable rooms that create a luxurious escape. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure a relaxing stay. However, the rooms are not soundproofed, and noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive.

Overall, this hotel is good! Pros: - peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation. - Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter. - Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available). - 2-king sized beds, great! - Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance. - It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast. - Free minimal water for refill. - Welcome drink and fruit at room - free bike rental Cons: - the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel. - Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time! - I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary! - Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower… - Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay on Phu Quoc island, Cottage Village Phu Quoc is a great option.

The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was quite rich. The hotel was not very big but it was quite comfortable, but it was quite remote. You could only eat in the hotel, and you couldn't walk out to eat on the street. If you wanted to go out, you had to take a taxi or rent a motorcycle. Ask the front desk if they could help you rent one. Please note that the water in the hotel refrigerator is charged, but the hotel also has 2 bottles of free water in the bathroom every day. In addition, the hotel's massage service ends at 6 o'clock and there are very few seats. If you want a massage, remember to make an appointment in advance. We added the contact information at the front desk for easy communication.

1. Cons. The bed mat is really hard. The bathroom is not soundproofed on the upper and lower floors, so you can hear unwanted noises from the other person. Interfloor noise and the sound of the door closing are a bonus. The water in the sink smells like iron, and the shower filter is installed by itself, so you have to fix it yourself. There is a lot of dust in the gaps between windows and ceiling fans. You can see dust accumulated in places you can't reach. 2. Pros The breakfast was very good. The pool and garden are very well maintained. Hot water comes out well when you shower. In conclusion, if you only use a single-story building or one of the upper and lower floors, It's very good. There's nothing you can do about the smell of the water in the sink. Since it's an old place, this problem isn't unique to this place, so just brush your teeth with bottled water and bring a shower filter to wash the rest. Although the pros seem to be less than the cons, the pros themselves are very high quality for a cost-effective hotel, so I personally would visit again.

This is a beautiful hotel in the quiet Ong Long village of Phu Quoc island. The hotel is beautifully maintained with lush gardens and a lovely infinity pool. The customer service of the staff is excellent. Good buffet breakfast was provided with an omelette station and other local and western choices. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and enjoyed both meals though they were a little more expensive than what you would pay at the local restaurants. The hotel is situated on a nice little beach, unfortunately the beach restaurant was not operating due to lack of staff. We loved the rooms, the beds were huge and comfortable , and there was an outside bathroom which we enjoyed. Wifi was excellent. Overall we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend
