The entire hotel is extremely spacious, luxurious and sophisticated in design. It's clean and the customer service is great. The room is spacious compared to the price. The cafe bar in the lobby is reasonably priced and delicious. You can easily go to amusement parks and safaris using the hotel's free bus. You are sure to have a comfortable stay.

My partner got hurts when he was playing the water sport on the beach of Melia hotel. The owner of the water sports did not inform in advance that there were wires underneath the hovercraft.As a result, the child fell and went to the emergency rescue, causing the companion's leg to bleed from multiple places. We went to the hospital urgently to stop the bleeding but because I was in a rush, I didn’t bring any cash. After the examination at the hospital, the hospital needs to pay a deposit in advance before providing treatment. Water sports owners refuse to admit their facilities pose serious safety risks. But the responsibility is obvious. Because of the language barrier, I had to return to our hotel to ask for help and coordination.Emergency time LE helped us solve this incident. Finally, thanks again to LE. Thank you for having such an outstanding and friendly staff at your hotel.

I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. Excellent service, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. I'm in utter love with this place. The décor of the brand-new room was sophisticated and elegant. The hotel employees provided excellent service, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Leila, in particular, was kind and thoughtful in setting everything up for us, and she always comes with a big, genuine smile, which makes us even happier. She went above and above to make my stay as enjoyable as possible by planning my routes to visit various locations on my own, explaining in detail how to get there, and reserving my ticket to the airport. We want to express our gratitude for making our experience spectacular and incredibly memorable. Overall experience can be expressed in 3 syllables Fa Bu Lous, can’t wait to go back.

After being stuck at home for the past 3 years and watching replays of Getaway, we finally got out of Australia and arrived in Phu Quoc. Stepping out of the taxi we were warmly greeted by the concierge staff with the traditional 'Xin Chao' as they escorted us into the beautiful Movenpick Resort foyer. Immediately my wife and I felt relaxed. This was what we had missed during COVID, escaping our busy lives and enjoying such beautiful resorts. Check-in was seamless and we were in our room in no time. I had an issue with our room and spoke to Linh at reception who was so nice and professional, and quickly resolved the situation. And in a flash we were by gorgeous pool and enjoying tropical cocktails. We spent the next 3 days laying around the pool, in the sun loungers looking out into the ocean, taking naps in the hammocks between the palm trees and enjoying the ocean breeze as we watched the sunsets. The Spa was amazing and one of the best we've experienced. The pre-spa sauna, stream room and spa baths was sooo relaxing. Breakfast was a feast to the eyes with delicious authentic Vietnamese food and a great international selection. The afternoons were spent devouring all sorts of enticing desserts during Chocolate Hour (and all for free, what a bonus!) We loved spending our evenings at Aura Beach Club as Vu was so helpful and attentive. He even got the whole team to sing Happy Birthday to me which was such a pleasant surprise. When we returned to our room, Linh and the reception team had organised a birthday cake and some gifts from the Resort. So sweet! It's things like this that make our holidays even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed Movenpick Resort Phu Quoc and the wonderful staff that made it so special. We will be back! and will bring all our families and friends :)

The establishment was very beautiful and serene, and everything was clean and very luxurious. The shops in the surrounding area were very traditional, which was lovely to experience, and there were many convenience stores dotting the surrounding area. The staff was excellent and super helpful and kind. They also helped us to arrange several tours, our favorite being the island hopping tour. The one downside to this place is that the restaurants and the amenities were very expensive. Prices were inflated, sometimes quadruple the amount outside so we saw many people frequenting places off the premises. My recommendation would be to have more variety of places to eat and drink that won’t break the bank and I’m sure this establishment will have many more customers. To add, the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. It’s definitely worth checking out and we will definitely stay here again.

Amarin is a 4 stars hotel, just been renovated recently. It has a swimming pool next to the Truong Beach (Long Beach), surrounded by coconut trees. Sea view room is nice, clean with various amenities, slippers, normal bathrobes, special-tropical bathrobes (for sleeping and go swimming!), shopping platic bag, umbrella... we spent balcony for late night drinks and listen to the sound of the sea. The staffs of Amarin are nice, useful and very friendly. They make our trip and staying more enjoyable! Food and drink are okie. We love buffet breakfast with many kind of tropical juice and fruits. The hotel is not very far from Phu Quoc night market, local shopping centers (travel by Vin bus, taxi or renting a motorcycle...). In the morning, we ran along the beach (1km or more) in front of the hotel; in the afternoon we have had dinner in the restaurant (in order to see the sunset).  We will come back Amarin again! One more thing: If I were the owner, I will make the sunset bar and the private beach more beautiful: move the very big  wooden chairs at the lobby to a suitable place!!

During my recent extended stay of 5 nights at Regent Resort and Village Phu Quoc, I had the privilege of immersing myself deeply in the overall experience. The warm and gracious hospitality of the staff left a lasting and positive impression on me. Regent Resort and Village Phu Quoc offers a superb dining experience within its premise, from Oku restaurant to the diverse and flavorful options at the Rice Market, Ocean Club and Fu Bar, the quality of the food and service consistently exceeded expectations. The resort's dining establishments truly merit special commendation. They not only exude aesthetic charm but also provide a dining experience that is both unique and delightful, featuring a delightful array of dishes and service of impeccable quality. It's crucial to applaud GM, who comes from India, for consistently displaying unwavering professionalism, always ready to attentively address any concerns. The buddy car service was efficient and convenient, making my stay even more enjoyable by ensuring seamless travel within the resort. Yet, it's with a touch of regret that I must acknowledge a single drawback—the condition of the beach at the resort fell short of expectations. Regrettably, this detracted from the opportunity to partake in seaside activities and bask in the full glory of Phu Quoc Island's natural beauty. I remain hopeful that Regent will continue to evolve, ensuring a top-tier experience for its esteemed guests. I eagerly look forward to the opportunity to return as soon as possible~

The villa is new and not far from the white sand beach and Sunset Town. You can rent a motorcycle to get around. Amie, the housekeeper, is super nice. She helps rent motorcycles and helps us find taxis when we go to far away places. The price is cheaper than taxi-hailing apps hahaha. She even helps us buy raincoats when it rains. The villa is very suitable for friends or big families to travel. I will come again next time if I have the opportunity! !

The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, one of the worst where we have been. A lot of package tourists who behave terribly. Everything in the hotel is done on stream. None of the staff cares about you. There is a constant crowd of people leaving/arriving in the lobby. It's dirty everywhere. When you arrive, you see a very dirty roof over the main entrance. This is a Turkish hotel with a corresponding contingent. There are holes in the floor in the room, swollen and bad furniture everywhere, the door to the balcony does not close (the hole through which the lizard climbed to us at night), a bad refrigerator. The price is clearly too high, I do not recommend it and will never stop again. The only plus is the tickets to the show, that's it.
