First the food in room service is very bad quality and overpriced. I've got sick and we had to use it but i preferred stay hungry then. Not enoug sunbeds at the beach: you should go to the beach not later then 8 am to get a couch. Only one person speaks good english at reception and is really helpful and nice guy named Felix. Other staff gives you wrong information and their english is hardly understandable. During the morning time they shower the grass and it smells with a toilet septic.
The breakfast is ok and location is perfect. The beach itself is probably the best at Phu Qu Ok

The closest hotel in this trip to the ideal hotel, the beach and beach at the door, the hotel's wooden cabins and swimming pool are very beautiful and dreamy, there are also free kayaks and snorkeling, there are activities and afternoon tea in the hotel every day, and the SPA is also very good. We stayed at the Peppercorn for 4 nights over Têt and only left the resort once - perfect considering that most places are closed over this period. The resort put effort into sharing Vietnamese culture over the festival, and arranged a fireworks display for New Years Eve and a traditional Lion Dance for New Years Day. We didn’t get bored for even a moment, and spent time sleeping, reading and relaxing, even taking the kayak out onto the water at sunset. The breakfast was delicious and changed every day. It included a buffet as well as cooked-to-order options. Lots of delicious fruit! They’re quite proud that the fruit jams and sourdough are made on-site. The à la carte menu offered a wide variety of choices and even after 8 meals we still hadn’t tried everything. The fresh summer rolls were a highlight of most meals! We indulged in some time at the spa and particularly enjoyed the rejuvenating herbal hair wash. We loved our room on the seafront and it had a good ac, acceptable shower, and fast internet. It would have been nice if there was a net curtain or something because if we wanted any privacy, the only choice was to close the heavy block-out curtains. The facilities are a bit shabby - the outdoor gym in a state of disrepair, the pathways uneven, and there was lots of rubble and building material randomly lying around. We wondered if there had recently been a big storm, or if it was just mess from building more chalets. The staff were accommodating and polite, although expect that the service will be quite slow because everything is personalized.

This is a beautiful hotel in the quiet Ong Long village of Phu Quoc island. The hotel is beautifully maintained with lush gardens and a lovely infinity pool. The customer service of the staff is excellent. Good buffet breakfast was provided with an omelette station and other local and western choices. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and enjoyed both meals though they were a little more expensive than what you would pay at the local restaurants. The hotel is situated on a nice little beach, unfortunately the beach restaurant was not operating due to lack of staff. We loved the rooms, the beds were huge and comfortable , and there was an outside bathroom which we enjoyed. Wifi was excellent. Overall we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend

My family stayed 7 nights at the villa, it was so far so good, except a big surprise when we did checkout today. the front desk lady told me one toilet tissue fabric cover lost, and asked me to sign the paper for the discrepancy. It is a really ridiculous request. I told her she could not do that, and if hotel management requested that, they have to do double thinking. Firstly you did not go through checklist with me when I did check in, secondly how about I tell you I lost my underwear in my room, can you pay me the same? At last, what is the value of a toilet tissue cover? It is non-sense you bring up a challenge like this to customer.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked a room with a bathtub but would love to try their villa next time, which is right on the beach. The staff were very friendly, and a highlight of our visit was receiving a ”half-board” menu, which offered a dinner discount after the resort realized we had paid a lot for our room, which didn't include dinner. We were able to enjoy as much food as we could for free! My biggest regret is not staying longer ❤️

The room itself is great, big, huge bed, new bed linen, towels, balcony with chairs and table, comfortable bath. There is hot water. At night from the bath smelled of sewage, so close the door to the bath. Pool, sun loungers, room everything is good, they give two bottles of water every day for 0.33, 5 liters of water can be bought at the hotel for 30,000, in the shops nearby the same price. Breakfasts are bad, there is nothing special to eat, not tasty, fruits and vegetables are hardly washed. The beach is terrible, you go out and there are stones, there is a small area without stones, go left towards the mermaid. From the bus stop to the hotel walk about 15 minutes, the road is flat, it is easy to roll a suitcase. Nearby cafes are expensive, the cheapest cafe where the bus stop is on the side if you go to Grandworld.

We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. PPatrickLA recommended hotel when you plan to stay in Phu Quoc during your vacation. The staffs here are friendly and take care of the guest. A great hospitality given by the front office - Ms My. She really done a great job and very taking care of me during my stay. Definitely, I will go back to stay with this property!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel, which is around 10 years old, is located on a very narrow sandy beach and the adjacent swimming pool is completely overcrowded with loungers. Relaxation looks different, absolutely no privacy and children screaming and jumping into the water. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet restaurant is also completely overcrowded. This 5-star hotel can only be recommended to a limited extent. Apart from the bedroom and the spa area, this hotel definitely offers no opportunity for rest and relaxation. The friendly staff speaks and understands English very poorly. The hotel would be well advised to either take in far fewer guests or to carry out major expansion work. The price-performance ratio is only satisfactory.

SSheng886Overall, it's a very good place to stay. It's in the alley next to the street. It has its own beach, swimming pool, and bar for dining (coconuts are very cheap). Guests can get discounts when they report their room number. It's just a short walk away. Arriving at King Kong Supermarket, a shopping mecca, there are also massage parlors nearby. The water pressure in the bathroom is low, and the refrigerator provides large bottles of water, which turns out to be charged.

YYeI traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks.
I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier.
What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~)
Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content.
The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected.
It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy.
We plan to visit again!

SShalsWe booked a 2 bedroom unit and it comes with a dining area, living area, 2 bathrooms and even a kitchen space ( no cutleries tho). Unit was also well equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety and staff were also polite and attentive. There was even a small Christmas party while we were there and all guests were invited to join the mini buffet. In room dining was expensive but there wasn't a need to really order from them as there is a night market opposite the hotel which has very good food options. The best part was the pool area - massive pool and it leads you to the sea! It's a private beach and really a good view ! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I head to Phu Quoc again !

SSweetlichekThe location was perfect for us - right behind the cable car (literally 5 min on foot to get there). Great view. We had some issues with cleanliness upon arrival, some got our room upgraded (we got a 2-bedroom apartment for one night, before the room we booked originally was cleaned up). And that apartment was gorgeous: spacious and clean.

GGuest UserI had a high fever, chills, vomiting and food poisoning from the oysters I ate at the night market, but I managed to escape with the help of a nurse who was stationed at the hotel and prescribed me medicine.
I was very anxious when I experienced food poisoning for the first time in a foreign country while travelling, but I am very grateful that I was able to use the translation app to have a conversation with the nurse and receive proper medical attention. I was able to return home safely today. The rooms and the hotel were always cleaned by the staff and the hotel was always clean.
Unfortunately, the Chinese family littered the corridor with rubbish and made a mess, so please behave with good manners.

JJennyworldddOn the first day of stay, the door was damaged, the toilet board was separated, and the air conditioner could not be started, resulting in the need for staff help many times. Although the staff was very enthusiastic, the work efficiency was quite low. It took many times of urging to complete the work, such as replenishing supplies, repairing air conditioners, etc.
And the water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom were unstable, but it was understandable
The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was small but sufficient
You can make an appointment to pick up the airport. The service attitude was good. It happened that there were only two guests at the appointment time. Even if we were late, the driver turned back to pick us up and took us back to the hotel. On the way, he kept recommending local specialty restaurants and interesting attractions to us. The attitude was very good.
Overall, this hotel is a 10-point recommendation. I hope the above problems can be improved and it will be even better.

JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

GGuest UserThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.
