The hotel is very well located with plenty of amenities close and I walked in the evening and felt totally safe. The staff starting from the concierge, reception, kitchen, bar, room service were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with fluffy pillows and toiletries were provided. I would like to mention Bebi Maya Rai, Geeta Rai, Tshiring Pelden, Prakash, the bar girls for their support and company.

One of the best from location perspective, very close to pedestrian terminal. Food is delicious, local cuisine must try. Excellent hospitality, very warm people and good property. We had lunch and it was too just too good (hot, fresh & delicious)

All the best with food. We entered the restaurant at 6.30pm for dinner. Were the first and only ones. We were asked to opt for buffet which was to start at 7.30 but we were hungry and ordered Ala carte. After 45 min a big group came and we told that our order will take another 30 min because of the big group. Hour and a half later, our food arrived. Inedible. It was so spicy. The group for whom we had to wait, they too left because of the spice level. Now we, together with the bigger group are going to the market for getting some ice cream since they don't have any dessert and even the buffet is inedible. Good luck with food here.

Excellent hotel. Staffs are very friendly and the food is very good. Thanks to ga me ga we had a great workshop. Specifically acknowledging the support of Mr. Passang Dorji and team for excellent maintenance of rooms and amenities. He was really friendly, helpful and prompt. Overall a great stay!!!

it best hotel to stay near bhutan n india immigration office here u will get best staff for welcome u …..i specially mantion 3 lovley staff members name whom i met here BiBi , Singye, and Binesh …very good service best hospitality n healthy food u will get here to eat im impressed with bhutan best people i would like to go again n again thx u all

Good and perfect place for a stay near Immigration place of Phuentsholing. Spacious Rooms and good food! Even the staff is very courteous and friendly. The staff from FNB department Tshering (Ms.) is really helpful with all the informations about Bhutan! Shall make next visit to this hotel for sure.

Tshering and Dechen (fnb) are very welcoming and polite l like the service and country very nice place to visit clean and green people are very welcoming and nice they are very gentle the weather is good the food is good and tasty and very freshly prepared for the guest

The hotel is very next to Bhutan - India border , within Bhutan , walkable distance from immigration counter . It’s a good hotel with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. This can be considered as a transit hotel . Breakfast was too basic but tasty . Credit cards are not accepted here . They want cash , even INR is ok . Service is good with ever smiling personnel . We stayed here two times , just overnight once while entering Bhutan and after another time , 5 days while exiting Bhutan .
