I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was one of my best stays till date. The hotel manager Ms. Phub is an amazing person and very welcoming. She is a thorough professional and knows how to deal with her customers. When I went there the room I opted for was sold and she upgraded my room to premium with front facing window. The hotel is walking distance from the immigration gate and in market area so you need not have to bother about food or other shopping. The hotel is super clean and highly recommended.

Very kind and helpful manager Such a lovely lady🙏🏻 Any help needed the staffs are very helpful which made our stay very convenient Best hotel🫶🏻 We had booking online and the manager herself help and upgraded the room which was very kind and wonderful gesture 🫶🏻

We had a 2 nights stay here while travelling to Thimphu and were recommended this hotel by Ren Tours and Travels. I had already checked out a few hotels around Phuentsholing, but Park Hotel seemed to be a very good deal for the price and quality they were offering and they did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and I had wonderful conversations with Miss Phub, the manager who was always busy and handling multiple things. She and the staff were very friendly and also always smiling and helpful. The stay was comfortable and the best part was that the hotel was right in the heart of the town and also near the entry point from the Indian entry side of Jaigoan. Another highlight was the restaurant and the quality as well as quantity of food that was served. Thankyou Park Hotel. Hope to visit again next time :)

It was my business trip to Bhutan for 1 week and it was pleasure staying in that hotel. Rooms are neat and clean with good ambiance. With the price range they provide best service than other Hotels in Phuentsholing. Do visit and stay in this hotel. And don’t miss the welcome drink. Madam Phum Lhamo is very polite and nice lady.

It was good stay but for morning tea tea bags, sugar was supplied only on 1st day of our stay. We had booked for 3 days. We had tough time searching for tea stall in rest of morning.

Location and Accessibility -
The hotel is within walking distance to the Royal Bhutan Immigration Office. It has only 3 private parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accommodation and Room Quality -
The Standard Room is spacious for 2 people, but may feel cramped with extra guests. It includes basic toiletries (except a shaving kit and bed heater), a room heater, and hot water. Welcome tea is provided, and the room is beautifully furnished.
Facilities and Services -
The staff is courteous, professional, and helpful, assisting with finding a guide and public parking. Room service is good.

Great hotel at a superb location with excellent staff and delicious food. Great views too from the room and located next door to the famous Buddha Temple which is a chief attraction of Phuntsholing. The shops and market closeby are possibly the best priced and varied in all of Bhutan. Ms Chuki in the restaurant went all out to ensure a great delicious Indian meal for our family. The breakfast was excellent too. The beds are very comfortable, the views from the room great and the hotel is silent despite being located at a very comfortable location. Keep up the good work, guys !!!
