Hot Springs Hotels in Phuket

This is an amazing resort for family members, especially kids who enjoy playing in the water slide and playground. The breakfast is delicious, and the location is close to everything you need. It seems like renovated since came here last time.

A nice place to stay. Great location. One of the few seafront hotels on Karon beach. Nice pool area. The sunbeds are always available. Breakfasts are good, the area not crowded. Attention!!! The hotel is 18+, so there are lots of elder people, being 44 years, I was one of the youngest guests. So do not expect fun and joy, more of relax type. No gym in the hotel. They provide access to the other hotel's gym, which is not very close. Liked the place, but not sure I will return.

Perfect room, perfect breakfast, perfect pool, perfect staff. You might not like the location, because there are plenty buildings under construction and a bit far from the beach (but they have a bus that can deliver you there). While I was swimming in the pool I counted about 15 construction cranes which spoil the view. But the rest is just perfect.

We loved our stay there! We would definitely come back ♥️ The staff are so nice, the place is great and very clean. We got free fruits for our honeymoon, very delicious.

This is a very nice and well located hotel. All amenities are offered and nearby to many restaurants (Red Corner is especially good). The only complaint I had was that I found 3 very large cockroaches in my room within 5 mins of checking in. I informed reception and was offered to have someone bring bug spray, but eventually agreed to change my room. Staff was friendly, but communication was difficult at times. Overall, a nice place for a short stay.

We had a fantastic holiday at Sawdee in Thailand, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The hotel facilities were impeccable, with a beautifully maintained pool, a well-equipped fitness centre, and a variety of dining options that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious local and international dishes – a perfect way to start the day! Location-wise, the hotel is in an ideal spot – close to key shops and the beach, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The staff were always available to provide helpful recommendations on local tours and hidden gems to explore, making our holiday even more memorable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the team put into ensuring that our family had an unforgettable experience. From the thoughtful touches in the room to the excellent customer service, everything was beyond our expectations. If you're considering staying at Sawdee, don't hesitate! It's the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We can't wait to return!

Convenient location, close to the beach. Good service and breakfasts. Clean rooms, just a bit smelly. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Had an amazing trip to Phi Phi islands with Andaman surprise tour company. Exceptional service and perfect safety standards.

Let’s just start I’d definitely not rate it a 5 star hotel ( maybe when it was first opened) but now maybe 4. Rooms are definitely dated and carry the signs of wear and tear. Room was musty smell .I had the option if staying longer but decided that I’d give another place a go. The pool is great , as you’ll see from photos

First time here and very joyful at this hotel you can chillax here everything is well prepare room - nice design and very clean staff here kindness and helpful smile and weelvome to support you I have dinner here and also breakfast i recommend to enjoy food fantastic taste here all style even thai western indian very delicious and reasonable price Reataurant manager is very kind and helpful Khun kat duty manager at lobby also service mind and helpful to me prepare many thing to give me best experienced and unforgot moment So i will spend next moment while i go to phuket at dinso again hope to have a fanrastic at there again. Something like service and other experienced you can find at dinso resorltyhh

Second time here at Intercontinental Phuket and I’m still in awe. The resort is spacious, clean and filled with amenities and deserves the luxurious status. During our stay this time, we had some issues with the room but received exceptional hospitality. The manager on duty was prompt in communication and personally attended to our queries and provided us with a very fair solution. Can’t praise the hospitality and service enough at Intercontinental. The breakfast buffett and in-room dining are exceptional too. Will visit again.
