Still great hostel to stay in, my second visit in a short time.
I stayed in the same room, different capsule, so not much to add. Except that the locker in this one was broken. Im sure maintenance will repair it immediately. I stayed only one night so it wasnt that urgent.
Good value for money, high comfort, but they should really do something about the noise from the bathroom. It is awkward to listen your roommates emptying their bowels in the morning :( or soaping up while showering.

It's a different type of hostel with much more room for the guests. I totally loved my stay in a 4-bed female room. Spacious, chill, with proper privacy, very comfortable. unbeatable location next to Bus Terminal 1, from where you can commute to the airport, Patong Beach, Bus Terminal 2, and more destinations. Recommended!

This place was okay but had a pretty good location. 20 mins walk from the centre. Down the road there is a 7 11 which is very convenient. Right next door there is a lady who makes banger food. In the evening down the road next to the 7 11 there is another stall that pops up which made the best noodle soup I have ever eaten.

For the price we paid, the rabbitel absolutely delievered. Obviously it's not a 5 star hotel, but everything was clean, the boxes in the rooms give you at least a little privacy, shampoo and shower gel in the showers is refilled regularly and the trash bins are emptied every day. The Ladies behind the front desk were always willing to help with questions and they even went out of their way to let us check in at around 1 am. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, my only criticism is, that there are inky trash bins in the toilets, none in the rooms or the hallways. That was a little inconvenient, but not too big of a problem. The location is pretty good too, you can get to everywhere in Phuket old town with a short walk. Would definitely recommend.
