Great place to stay, rooms are clean, Bathroom was clean, although bathroom door lock wasn't there (we were friends staying,the rooms are better for couples), we had booked 3 rooms, one of the room had glass transparent glass door, (we had to cover the door with towel for privacy. Location is great all amenities are near by and in walking distance, staff are also good.
The hotel has a terrace pool. Which is great 👍

Hotel looks like it under new ownership, there is a lot for the hotel to do in terms of having it as a fully run hotel. I don’t suggest this for any travelers. Stained bedsheets, no pillow cases, the AC was dripping in the room as well.

Large spacious room, bathroom extra large. Great location, with a night market right next to hotel. Nice roof top swimming pool, staff friendly and very helpful. Great place to stay, good value for the money. Thanks

Good hotel. Nearby is a market one minute walk (raspberry), so there is always somewhere to eat, lots of exchange shops, etc. To the beach 10 minutes, to entertainment and other things the same.
Pool on the 6th floor, there are sun loungers, the water and the pool are clean, a deep pool, there is a children's section. View of the mountains from the pool.
The room is simple, with a small balcony, windows on the road there are rooms, there is on the neighboring building. (TV, refrigerator available). It is as you agree, as you need. The area is quiet, despite the proximity of all entertainment.
Shower and toilet are combined, simple, but everything worked. Gel and shampoo available.
Cleaning every day, trash was taken out, towels were changed every day, towels are given for the pool (deposit for 1-100 baht).
Coffee, tea, water are also replenished every day.
The staff is friendly, will always help if you have questions.
You can rent a bike, there, the prices are reasonable.
Overall, it's budget, simple, clean. We recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel for three days, the only thing we liked was the price, it's ok for one or two nights. We constantly had to look for towels, water, or dishes. The air conditioner was dripping in one room, the door to the balcony wouldn't open in the second. On the last night, someone was breaking down a door somewhere, bikes were constantly rumbling under the windows. You can stay only because of the price, but not more than two nights.

The hotel is for 3 days max. Although it can be longer, since you only spend the night there or sit out the wild heat.
